3.Distributor must provide:
a.Copy of Stocking Dealer Program Order Form, and
b.Copy of Distributor’s Corresponding Purchase Order
(Mossberg Drop Ship Order), and
c. Copy of current FFL
4.Submit all of the information to Mossberg IMMEDIATELY via
one of these methods:
