Mision Statement
Swago (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established on October
28, 1999 in Malaysia as a pipeline valve and
accessories supplier.
To be the marketplace leader in Fluid Control
Systems with continuous efforts in providing
superior products and services to achieve total
customer satisfaction.
The name SWAGO is an acronym derived from the
typical industrial pipeline fluids, namely Steam,
Water, Air, Gas and Oil.
Our principle business activities are focused in the
supplies of industrial valves, fittings and pipeline
strainers and services.

Management
The company’s daily operations are managed by
its Managing Director. The overall management is
reviewed and controlled by a Board of Directors.
Sales and Marketing Operations
The company’s product ranges are focused in
various industrial market segments. The sales and
marketing activities are segmented into three
divisions:

Power Generation Division
Petro-Chemical Division
SWAGO (M) Sdn. Bhd. is sensitive to the quality of
products and services supplied to its valued
customers. All the products are carefully chosen,
especially when it comes to the appropriate
certifications from the respective institutions such
as the American Petroleum Institute (API),
American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
American Society of Mechanical Engineers
(ASME), Deutsches Institut fur Normung (DIN),
Manufacturers’ Standardization Society of the
Valves and Fittings Industry (MSS), National
Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE),
British Standards Institute (BS), and International
Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Any third party inspection such as Lloyds, BVQI
etc. can be arranged at the manufacturing plants
as per customer’s requirement. Some of the
common test done on our products at the
manufacturing facilities conforms to international
standards such as BS 6755, API 6D, API 598 and
DIN 323. All our products come with Material and
Test Reports, Hydrostatic Test Certificates from
the manufacturer. The company’s receiving
inspection personnel performs a stringent check on
the quantity and quality of the goods received
before they are delivered to customers. Copies of
Mill/Test or Inspection certificates, if any are
properly documented for easy trace ability of the
goods supplied.
