Every Xceed LED luminaire
consists of three parts:

IC/Non-IC Frame-in Kit
is Airseal® ready, with a compact
housing only 3-1/2" deep ideal
for shallow ceiling spaces.
Light Engine includes 4 components:
Heat Sink is made of die-cast aluminum and
designed for maximum heat transfer, superior
ease of installation and ultra-long service life
(50,000 hours at 70% maintained lumens)
Carbon Pad is applied to eliminate insulating
air gaps, maximizing heat transfer from the
LED board to the heat sink
White light LED board mixed in a chamber
designed to maximize efficacy and excellent
colour consistency
Mixing Chamber with specular reflector
offering optimized shape and maximum
reflectivity material to increase efficiency

How Engine Installs in Frame
Three Simple Steps
to Install Light Engine
and Faceplate:
1) Align two engine screws
with springs in the frame
and push up until engine
flange touches ceiling.
Proprietary Spring Lock
System secures screw
threads.
2) Tighten screws with
a few turns to ensure
engine flange is snug
against ceiling material.
3) Insert Faceplate scissorsprings into slits to
complete installation.
