1. What is Zoomit?
• Zoomit is a product of Isabel NV, a company that was established in 1994 by the major
Belgian banks. Isabel NV has more than 10 years of experience in securing electronic
transactions in the professional sector. More than 25 Belgian and international banks
are associated with Isabel NV. Visit the Isabel BV website at www.isabel.eu or the
Zoomit website at www.zoomit.be.
• Zoomit displays a wide variety of documents, such as bills and invoices, credit notes,
direct debit notifications and payslips, in digital form via ING Home’Bank, so they no
longer have to be sent by post. This is safer, faster, more secure, and kinder to the
environment. It also ensures that these documents do not get lost or forgotten.
• Each document is assigned one of three statuses by the document supplier:
-Confidential document (such as a payslip)
-Non-confidential document (such as an electricity or water bill, etc.)
-Business document (for documents exchanged by parties in a business relationship).
• The Zoomit icon can have four different colours:
- Purple
: click to view a list of documents for the account concerned.
- Red
: bill or invoice not yet paid.
- Orange
: document not yet read.
- Green
: document already processed (old document).
• The documents that you can view via ING Home’Bank and Zoomit cannot be viewed
by the bank or by Isabel NV. Only the user and the party that provides the document
can view the document.
