PORON® XRD™ technology, it’s built to absorb maximum impact without adding
stiff, constricting bulk. A full 10% lighter than the 9500, the new BAUER 9900
offers a deep, snug, and very comfortable fit right from the box — with zero
sacrifice in protection.

BIOMECHANICAL SHELL
Located in key impact zones, the Fused Expanded Polypropylene
foam liner helps dissipate 20% less energy during impact than the
same volume of traditional EPP foam.
Dual-density HDPE shell combines both protective and flexible
material, allowing the helmet to self-adjust to the vast head shapes
in the game and provide a better, more personalized fit.

Helmet Sizing and Certification
Open helmet to its largest setting and position on the head so that the front edge of the helmet is one finger width above the eyebrows.
Slide the front and back portions of the helmet together until a comfortable, snug fit is achieved. Tighten the adjustment mechanism.
Players should only use CSA, HECC and CE certified helmets. These helmets have stickers affixed that indicate their compliance with the
applicable standards.

Facemask Sizing Info
The facemask should fit snugly to the chin. If it is too long, it may
not remain in place during impact.
When the player’s mouth is closed, the chin should fit comfortably
into the chin-cup. Attach the facemask securely to a compatible,
certified helmet according to the instructions provided.
Visor Model
BAUER recommends the use of a mouth guard, especially when
using a half shield. Injuries to the face, nose, eyes, jaw and teeth
may occur while wearing a half shield.
