President’s Message from Jan Dalske
Ladies of the Affiliates of the Sacramento Deanery,
I am so excited to be serving as your President for the next two years.
My major goal during this time will be to meet as many of you as I can.
I would like to attend your meetings, and see what you are doing.
I want you to let me know about your events, so that we can share this
information with all of the other women's organizations in our Deanery.
I will be meeting with my new Board Members during the summer break
to work on some specific goals for our Deanery for the next two years.
I would like you to do something for me. Please email or mail me your
meeting schedules, and your current slate of officers for your group.
Also, I would like to know something about your group: what you do in
your organization, your service in your parish, and your community,
and, of course, your service to our Sacramento Diocese.
With this in mind, I would like to have the Sacramento Deanery sponsor
a Leadership Training Development Program in our area. I hope that this
exciting and informative program will help us to become better leaders,
as well as more informed and educated NCCW members.
Our new Deanery Commission Chairs will be working with not only the
Sacramento Diocesan Council, but our affiliate groups to help them
understand what the mission of the NCCW means to us and how we
can implement it in our community.
