DAY CAMP
This coed camp is a full week of concentrated soccer.
The staff will introduce the skills of soccer and will help
develop these skills in small group activities and games.
• Bring a soccer ball, shin guards, water bottle, and a mid-camp
food snack. Campers will receive a T-shirt.

Example Monday- Dribbling
• Dribbling: technical warm up with a ball
• Dribbling to beat an opponent
• Moves – fakes – faints
• 1 v 1 attacking-how to beat your opponent
• Numbers up attacking
• Small sided games to increase touches on the ball
• Goalkeeper training offered
PRE-SEASON CAMP
• Individual technical preparation for the upcoming season
• 1 v 1 attacking and defending
• Small sided games – increased touches on the ball with
tactical instruction
• Preseason fitness training
