Isle of Wight Arts
Open Studios 2015
The Isle of Wight continues to go from strength
to strength as one of the UK's best destinations for
the arts, and the Open Studios are a magnificent
showcase for the wide variety of Island creativity.
Across two summer weekends in July, we offer a unique
opportunity to see the work of over 120 artists and
craftspeople as they open their doors and offer a warm
welcome to visitors from across the UK and beyond.
Entry is free to all events, which are held in artists’
own studios as well as public venues across the Island.
You'll have a chance to see our fabulously diverse range
of work, find out how we create it and, if you see
something you like, to buy direct from us (please note
that most of our artists do not have credit card facilities,
so remember to bring your cheque book or some cash).
Our 2015 Yearbook will help you to plan your route
using the area maps, and to confirm studio opening
times. If you'd like further information on our artists
please visit our website, where you can view their work
all year round, and find details of exhibitions and
workshops.
Isle of Wight Open Studios is run by a group of
passionate people who care about creative arts
of the Isle of Wight. We look forward to
introducing you to the rich diversity of creative
arts on the Island.

form, dealing with the contrast
between fantasy and reality.
