TERMS:
C.O.D. unless credit terms have been established. For customers
with established credit, payment is due in 30 days. A service
charge of 2% per month (24% per year) will be assessed on
overdue accounts. An account will be considered to be overdue
anytime after an invoice is over 30 days old. All checks returned
by the bank for insufficient funds will have an additional $25.00
service charge added to the outstanding account. Should Marjac
Nursery Inc. incur collection cost, attorney fees, and court costs
in collecting a delinquent account; the buyer expressly agrees to
reimburse those costs and fees to Marjac Nursery Inc. Marjac
Nursery reserves the right to change prices at any time without
notice either higher or lower than those published in the catalog.

Arrangements for shipping or pick–up of shrub orders must be
made by the week of April 17, 2017, or the order will be cancelled.
DISCLAIMER:
Marjac Nursery warrants to the amount of purchase that plants sold
are as represented within recognized industry tolerances. We shall
not be liable for losses due to strikes, delays of carries, fires, or any
other causes beyond our control. Written notification of claims is
required within 10 days of purchase.
DELIVERY:
We deliver on our own decked van, truck or trailer. Customers may
pick-up their material during normal business hours.

New Jersey Turnpike:
Take exit 2. Follow route 322 east to Mullica Hill. Make a right at the T intersection. Go through town and get on route
77 south. Go approximately 5 miles, continue through the blinking light (route 538) and make a left onto route 666
(Swedesboro Road). There is a deli called The Store on the Corner of the Intersection. Go through 2 intersections.
