2 - OSYC Registration
Registration begins at 5pm on Friday, October 31st. Have your main leader come to the lobby
of the Kuss Auditorium on the campus of Clark State College. Here you will receive your name
tags and convention schedules.
DO NOT SEND YOUR ENTIRE GROUP TO THE OSYC REGISTRATION TABLE
3 - Hotel (enclosed)
This year you have the freedom to book your own rooms at the hotel/motel of your choice.
Your 0-Net team has contracted 155 rooms with 5 area hotels. These rooms are on a first come
first served basis and come with a discounted convention price; any other hotel/motel you book
will not offer a discounted convention price, however you have the freedom to choose this year.

5 - Auditorium Seating
Doors open Yi hour prior to General Sessions. Seating is first come first served; no saving seats.
The Kuss Auditorium is a 1400 seat theater, which means there are no bad seats in the house.
6 - Spread the Word
We will be taking up an offering for SPREAD THE WORD. www .chogy.org
7 - OSYC T-Shirts
OSYC T-shitis are only availab le on site; there are no pre-order sales. This year we are offering
five (5) different designs to go with our "O" theme: a donut, a scrabble tile, a 45 record, a farris
wheel, and a life preserver. T-shirts are $10 for XS-XL; $11 for XXL; and $12 for XXXL.

The Kuss Auditorium offers FREE PARKING on flat lots ! ! !

Your group will need to eat dinner Friday prior to OSYC. Saturday mornings breakfast will be
supplied by Schuler's Bakery (we provide the donuts you supply the breakfast beverages). You
group will need to cover Saturday's lunch and dinner. Sunday they will need to eat breakfast,
and lunch on the road home. Collect a few dollars from each delegate and buy breakfast items
for both mornings and create your own grab & go breakfast. It's cheap, simple, and easy.
12-Curfews
The Kuss Auditorium has an 11 pm curfew. Please obey your hotel/motel curfew as well.
13 -Devos
Following Saturday night's main session we will lead a debriefing session. We encourage you
to set aside times during the weekend for devotions with your group. We are giving you the
freedom to design your own weekend devos; you can come prepared, or you can build off Eric
Samuel Timm's messages.

Parental Consent - This consent form gives permission to seek whatever medical attention is deemed
necessary, and releases the Association of the Churches of God in Ohio, and the Ohio Network
Team, OSYC, and its staff of any liability against personal losses of named child . (From here forward,
listed only as OSYC). I/We, the undersigned, have legal custody of the student named above, a
minor, and have given our consent for him/her to attend events being organized by the OSYC. I/We
understand that there are inherent risks involved in any ministry or athletic event, and I/we hereby
release the OSYC, its pastors, employees, agents, and volunteer workers from any and all liability for
any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the course of my/our child 's
involvement. In the event that he/she is injured and requires attention of a doctor, I/we consent to any
reasonable medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed physician . In the event treatment is
required from a physician and/or hospital personnel designated by the OSYC, I/we agree to hold such
person free and harmless of any claims, demands, or suits for damages arising from the giving of
such consent. I/We also acknowledge that we will be ultimately responsible for the cost of any medical
care should the cost of that medical care not be reimbursed by the health insurance provider. Further,
I/we affirm that the health insurance information provided below is accurate at this date and will , to the
best of my/our knowledge, still be in force for the student named above. I/We give consent for any
pictures or video of taken of the above named student to be used for future promotion of the OSYC.
I/We also agree to bring my/child home at my/our expense should they become ill or if deemed
necessary by the OSYC staff member.

From the Columbus Area (East):
Take Interstate 70 west to the US 40 exit (first Springfield exit).
Follow US 40 into Springfield to Fountain Avenue ; turn left.
Continue 3 blocks. The Performing Arts Center is on your left.
From Dayton (West):
Take Interstate 70 east.
Exit from 1-70 East onto St. Rt. 68 (first Springfield exit) .
Follow St. Rt. 68 to St. Rt. 4 into Springfield.
Beginning with the traffic light at Bechtle Avenue, count traffic lights.
The 7th light is Fountain Avenue ; turn right.
Continue 3 blocks. The Performing Arts Center is on your left.
From Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Urbana (North):
Take St. Rt. 68 south (at Springfield city limits, 68 becomes Rt. 72) to Home Rd.
Turn right on Home Rd . one block to stop sign
Turn left on Fountain Blvd .
Stay on Fountain Blvd. (which becomes Fountain Ave.) into downtown Springfield .
The Performing Arts Center is on your left.
From Cincinnati (South):
Take Interstate 75 north to Dayton .
Take Interstate 675 north toward Columbus
Take Interstate 70 east to exit 54 (State Route 72) .
Turn right at the exit ramp. Stay on State Route 72 (South Limestone Street) to Selma Road (6th light).
Turn left at the Selma Road intersection .
Selma Road will fork left and right. Turn right.
This will bring you back to South Limestone Street.
The Performing Arts Center is located two (2) blocks north on your left.
