The offset of a surface mounted latch is the distance the door protrudes out from the frame.
Edgemount Hinges
HARDWARE
Offsets on the edgemount hinges are determined in two different methods.
The first method is from the surface of the cabinet to the center of the door.
The second method is from the surface of the cabinet to the front of the hinge.
