Principles of FORM:
FORM studios Architecture is a design research architecture firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth
area. In 2000 Form studios was founded as an exploration of architectural FORM. Form studios
provides architectural, construction and building services for commercial, industrial and residential
commissions, master planning, construction management, 3-D visualization and animation
services.
The studio is comprised of members educated in the theories and principles of
architectural design and construction. The combination of professional experiences and the
creativity of each individual involved fuel the theoretical and practical nature of FORM studios.
If the perception of familiar concepts can be shifted to induce a slightly unfamiliar perspective of
architecture, then the process of blending artistic interpretation with deliberate manipulation of
spatial experience will lead to the discovery of the essence of FORM that is so dear to the likes of
photographers, artists, craftsmen, and architects.
To FORM Studios, the business of Architecture is to design in such a manner that the purity
of intent is realized while meeting and surpassing a client’s requirements of function and
productivity. As an architecture firm paired with the capabilities of construction experience the
theory becomes reality without being at the expense of the client’s bottom line.
FORM studios Architecture partners with ABP Development Construction in designing
and building both functional needs and aesthetic form. As professionally licensed architects,
FORM Studios holds integrity of the profession and the health, safety and welfare of the public
and its clients as whole in its charge. Architecture is where thoughts and ideas become
translated into built constructed FORM. “Construction through the eyes of the architect” is how
the FORM and the client’s ideas become reality.

FORM studios, Inc. is a licensed professional architectural firm with an average annual
project cost total over fifty million dollars. FORM studios, Inc. corporate office is based in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area and provides architectural services to the United States and abroad. As
members of the, FORM studios, Inc. has years of experience in various professional areas of built
and creative design including: hospitality such as entertainment and restaurants; office and retail
design; commercial developments such as tenant finish-out and shell lease space design;
healthcare design and renovation; mixed use development; public works; educational design;
religious facilities; multifamily dwellings; aviation services / hangar design and residential design.
Architectural Scheduling and Budget Experience:
FORM studios, Inc. has years of experience working with commercial, residential and
institutional projects that include many time tables, budget constraints and ever-changing built
environmental needs. FORM studios brings this experience to every project and will always assist
and be responsible for the scope of work and time schedule we have been entrusted to meet
and protect.

Principals of FORM:
Richard Atchison, NCARB, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s
of Science in Architecture degree 2000 and a Masters’ of Architecture degree 2002. Richard is a
licensed architect and a member of NCARB, and Lecturer at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Brad Berry, NCARB, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s of
Science in Architecture degree 2001 and a Masters’ of Architecture degree 2003. Brad is a
member of NCARB.
Jason Presley, NCARB, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s of

FORM studios, Inc. ARCHITECTURE empowers the latest version of the most powerful
visualization software packages. These software platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio
Max, Brazil, Maxwell Render, Adobe Photoshop & Premiere that reside in a Microsoft Small
Business Server environment that is backed up with four layers of redundancy. Client data is of
primary importance in our network and redundancy is a standard practice that is implemented
on all projects. All workstations are multi-processor machines built on Microsoft Windows
platforms and are updated with the latest security and service patches.
