OFFICIAL PROGRAM RULES
Program Period: Starting on the launch of the FIAT ® 500e (May 2013) and ending on the third anniversary of the
last enrollment.
Enrollment Period: Purchasers and lessees of the eligible FIAT 500e models must enroll within 120 days of their
purchase/lease. Eligible purchases/leases must be completed on or before April 30, 2014. FIAT reserves the right to
terminate the enrollment period at an earlier date in its sole discretion.
1. Program Overview: FIAT 500e Pass is designed to offer certain 500e owners and lessees a vehicle rental
program (the “Program”) for times when they may need a car with a longer range or more cargo space.
a. FIAT 500e Pass: The Program allows 500e owners and lessees to receive up to 12 days of
a standard-size vehicle rental (based on negotiated discount Program prices) during each
year for the first three years of ownership/lease from Enterprise Holdings, Inc., whose affiliates
operate the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands
in the U.S. All 500e owners and lessees registered in this program can use up to 504 credits
annually based on the date of purchase. Credit estimates are based on standard-size vehicle
rentals at nonairport locations. The first annual period may be less than a full year and runs
from the date of enrollment to the first anniversary of the purchase/lease. One credit is
equal to one U.S. dollar. Credits are nontransferable, and remaining credits at the end of each
year will not be rolled over. Participation in the program is voluntary and is activated during
registration of FIAT Access at www.fiataccess.com/500eSubscribe.

During the Program period, eligible 500e buyer participants may redeem up to 504 credits
annually toward vehicle rentals at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car or National Car
Rental U.S. locations.
b. FIAT 500e Pass: After registering through FIAT Access, a FIAT 500e Pass account number and
password will be assigned and emailed to you. Follow the steps to register for FIAT 500e Pass,
and you will receive an email confirming your account number and password.
Owners and lessees who choose to participate in the Program may reserve vehicles using the
Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental websites, or at any of their
respective U.S. locations. See “How do I reserve a vehicle under FIAT 500e Pass?” in the FAQs.
Fuel costs and other charges other than the base rental rate and applicable taxes and surcharges
are not covered under the Program and are the responsibility of the renter.
You will be required to sign a standard vehicle rental contract and will be responsible for any
damages or liability arising from the use or operation of the rented vehicle.You are encouraged
to contact your insurance agent to determine your coverage. Additional damage waiver and
liability protection may be purchased at the time of the rental transaction.
You must be 21 years of age or older and satisfy other rental qualifications to rent a car under the Program.

Participating Information: Eligible FIAT 500e owners and lessees who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules
may participate in the Program. You may choose not to use the benefits of the 500e Pass Program; however, there is
no cash value. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to representatives of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A
Car and/or National Car Rental contacting you (on a cell phone or otherwise) in connection with the Program. You
also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Program rules. FIAT and Enterprise Holdings, Inc.,
reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in the event of any violation of the Program rules.

Owner/Lessee Eligibility: The following persons are eligible to participate: purchasers
and lessees of a new FIAT 500e Hatchback in the United States during the enrollment
period. Eligible participants are responsible for any cost above and beyond the
504 credits allocated during each year of usage. FIAT 500e Pass is nontransferable
and nonassignable.
