PROD DISSEMINATION PLAN
The dissemination plan for the PROD project includes:
 Website dissemination
Partners will upload general information about the project (goals,
partners,…) in their institution web sites. The links to the web sites
may be found below.
Press releases about the development of the project will be
uploaded in the webs as well. Some dissemination material
produced (brochures,…) will also be uploaded in the institutions
web sites.
 Media dissemination
Press releases will be periodically sent to the media.
Each partner will collect the published articles about the PROD
project in their scope of action and will send them to the
coordinator who will gathered all this material to be included in the
dissemination activities of the project.
Brochures
A PROD brochure in English was presented by Bulgarian partner and
all partners agreed on translating this brochure into their national
languages for being distributed.
Each partner will send a PDF file with the brochure translated to the
coordinator, who will gathered that information.

 Other dissemination activities (meetings,…)
Partners will send to coordinator information about all dissemination
activities in which they take part. A table for gathering the information
was sent by coordinator to all partners, in order to gather the same kind
of information from all.
Besides, partners will disseminate information about the project in their
institutions notice boards.
