Are the Orthotics custom made for my feet? - Yes the 3D Digital Foot Scan is diagnostic and
prescriptive. Precise measurements are taken from your scan to create a three-arch customized pair
of orthotics designed just for your feet, unlike generic inserts found in retail stores.
How are Foot Leveler Orthotics different from Fleet Feet or Dr. Scholls products? - Both of
these companies offer a generic more rigid orthotic with only a medical arch support. Foot Leveler
Orthotics are supportive, yet flexible through the complete gait cycle of Heel Strike, Mid Stance and
Toe Off. They also are customized and include complete 3-arch support and correction.
Does insurance cover orthotics? Many insurance companies may cover a portion of the cost of
your orthotics - this depends on your policy. Since it is a personalized durable medical product we
ask that patients pay up-front. Your orthotics will be filed with your insurance along with a Certificate
of Medical Necessity. If insurance pays you will receive credit on your account to apply to future
treatment or an account refund.
Is there a payment plan available? - Yes, you can make a down payment with two additional
payments within 30 days of your order. An additional account fee of $20.00 is added to your order
with a payment plan. Please see pricing sheet for more details.
How long will my orthotics last? - Orthotics usually last 2 to 4 years depending on activity level.
Is there a guarantee? - Yes, Foot Levelers stands behind their orthotics with a full money back
guarantee if you aren’t satisfied with the results. You must wear the orthotics for 60 days for an
adequate break-in period ... after that if there are problems you can receive a full refund.
How long does it take for my order? - Orthotics are usually received in our office within 7-10 days
after your initial order.
Does someone have to already be a patient to receive a 3D Foot Scan? - No, our office is glad
to provide free 3D Digital Foot Scans to your friends and family. And they can order orthotics
separately from any other patient care in our office.
What is your referral policy? - When you refer someone for a 3D Digital Foot Scan who orders
orthotics, our office thanks you with a Referral Gift Card you can use for a courtesy adjustment or 15
minute therapeutic massage.
Do you offer the 3D Digital Foot Scans for Health Fairs and for businesses and organizations?
Yes, we participate in many health fairs and events and provide free foot scanning as a community
health outreach. We also can provide a free Antioxidant Nutrition Scan. Please contact our office to
