From Anaheim, you’re only 13 miles (21 km) from the Pacific Ocean. Orange County has 42 miles

go surfing or sailing. Orange County also features more than 40 championship golf courses and the
surrounding hills and trails for plenty of recreational activities.
Getting to Anaheim is made easy with four airports within an hour’s drive: John Wayne Airport, Orange
County (SNA), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Long Beach Airport (LGB) and LA/Ontario
International Airport (ONT). Getting around Anaheim and around Southern California is made simple
with many transportation options, including shuttles, buses, trains, taxis and rideshare services, that will
take you to all the places you want to travel.

WHAT’S NEW
ÚAs part of a new $1 billion investment in its resort,
Disney began construction in 2016 on a 14-acre “Star
Wars”-themed land, the largest single-themed land
expansion to date. Though a completion date has not
been announced, several Tomorrowland attractions,
including the 3-D, motion-simulated space flight,
Star Tours, and Star Wars Launch Bay, reflect

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” updates. Space
Mountain is reimagined as Hyperspace Mountain for
a limited time. The new land will be an immersive
experience with two yet-to-be-named, interactive
attractions featuring the Millennium Falcon and
the battle between the Resistance and First Order
Stormtroopers.

Themed lands pay tribute to the Golden State’s history and culture. Hollywood Land

adventures inspired by their namesake animated hits. Paradise Pier answers the question
— What if California had its own Coney Island or Atlantic City boardwalk? – with a

submarine ride will turn visitors into marine
researchers embarking on a mission to
collect data and help animals. Ocean Explorer

California location for North America’s largest

in Garden Grove in March 2016, Great Wolf
