The RSEA showroom and warehouse building is a
mixture of 1,000m2 of showroom , 600m2 of warehouse

NT Motorcycle Centre
637 Stuart Highway, Berrimah
Budget: $8m
We have extensive experience in the retail sector,
working on design and construction, upgrades and
refurbishment showrooms, cafés, gyms, beauty
salons, motorcycle dealerships and more.
NT Motorcycle Centre is made up of an office,
showroom and warehouse. It was entirely custom-built
with emphasis on the workshop requirements and
fittings. The final product ended in a turnkey solution.
Jaytex worked closely with the client to customise the
design based on their highly specialised requirements
for bike servicing. The development includes a unique
air-conditioning solution, used oil collection and an
exhaust removal system.

Jaytex carried out the design and fitout for this
commercial gym. There were unique security

Jaytex was started in 1999 by Brett Dixon to build
his own private designer homes and commercial
