The LogiLife Collection JULY 08, 2009 Health Care Furniture logiflex logiflex LogiLife Development of the LogiLife collection Broad lines of the LogiLife collection The LogiLife collection is a complete line of furniture intended for the living environments of long-term care centres and hospitals. It is the product of two years of research in healthcare environment design with the collaboration of caregivers, nurses, beneficiaries and maintenance employees. Design Criteria • Aesthetics: Logiflex avoided an approach that was too clinical or institutional by placing an emphasis on materials with soft and natural colours and wood-like finishes. The result: furniture with a residential look that can be used to create a warm environment. • Hygiene: Logiflex chose to create smooth surfaces free of mouldings and to use linoleum for the horizontal surfaces because of the material’s antibacterial properties. Result: effective maintenance and elimination of areas conducive to germ proliferation. • Resistance: Materials that stand up to highly concentrated cleaning products and that maintain their appearance over time. • Durability: Solid construction, with a 1”-thick structure and 5/8”-thick drawer bottom. • Ergonomics: Thanks to the input of healthcare professionals at the design stage, LogiLife furniture is adapted to these needs of beneficiaries and to all those who work and live in care and hospital centres, every unit is 6” off the floor. • Flexibility: Logiflex offers a variety of combinations and component options so as to satisfy each client’s individual needs. JULY 08, 2009 • Price-quality ratio: Logiflex offers its LogiLife furniture at very competitive prices: “Customized products at mass-manufactured prices.” 1 logiflex LogiLife Health Care furniture Collection Well-planned versatility All furniture units can be recombined as needed.
