Direction Lock
The re•volve™ caster
Cart features two pedal activated swivel lock casters
located at diagonal corners. Direction lock is integrated
into the saddle of the caster. This improvement allows
for upgrades or caster replacement to take place in
the field. Caster is bolt mounted.
New maintenance-free re•volve™ caster is a
proprietary component of Pedigo Products, Inc. The
caster is made from engineered thermoplastic. Rated
to 280° Fahrenheit, this high temp caster features
four precision bearings in each caster - best in the
industry. Twin sets of precision stainless steel sealed
ball bearings in the axle and swivel improves cart
handling, maneuverability and reduces the overall
push/pull force by 32%.

Case Carts. These carts provide an added level
of protection against dust and debris. Features
a full seal around the door perimeter and center
stop. Withstands cart wash/dry temperatures
and sanitizing detergents.

Sealed Doors
As an added option, a color ID wheel allows
the hospital to identify various case carts for
specific applications.

treated with PreFixx protective finish can retain a “likenew” appearance longer.
Easy Maintenance: Enables most common stains like
dirt and smudges to wipe off easily. Many difficult stains
like ballpoint ink also can be cleaned with active solvents,
such as nail polish remover, without damaging the

safe temperatures of intravenous and
irrigation fluids. The specially contoured
warming surface cradles a single
solution bag (0.5l - 3l). Each cavity is
controlled by an individual control and
L.E.D. display. A sensor in the heating
plate detects the presence of a bag
and engages the heating mechanism to
quickly warm the fluid. Two temperature
sensors
continuously
read
the
temperature of the fluid bag to engage
the heater as necessary to maintain the
fluid temperature within +0/-2°C (+0/3ºF) of the set point temperature.

alerts users when a fluid bag has been
held at temperature longer than 14 days.

Pedigo fluid warmers that are equipped
with the optional WarmWatch package
feature
a
continuous
temperature
monitoring system that provides users
instant visual confirmation of the chamber
temperature. In addition to the standard
control probe, an independent monitoring
probe located very close to the control
probe verifies that the chamber reaches
and maintains the set-point temperature
with +0/-1.1°C (+0/-2°F) accuracy from 37
– 40°C (98 – 104°F) and +0/-1.7°C (+0/3°F) accuracy above 40 – 66°C (104 –
150°F). Two independent LED displays on
the control panel show the set-point and
actual interior temperature at a glance.
In addition to continuous temperature
monitoring, the WarmWatch option
provides
digital
documentation
of
the warmer’s historical temperature
performance data. This offers significant
advantages over manually recording
temperature set-points or control probe
displays since these values are not
independently obtained, and do not
verify the actual chamber temperature.
The independent monitoring probe in this
option ensures that the actual chamber
temperature is recorded. Automatic
collection also ensures consistent data
samples.
(The chambers are designed not to
exceed the set-point temperature, thus the
nominal actual temperature will always be
one to one-and-a-half degrees lower than
the set-point temperature.)
This recorded data can be downloaded to
a USB flash drive and then to a computer
at any desired time interval–up to six
months between downloads. Normal
warming functions continue to operate
while the data is downloading. The data
download to the USB drive includes both
historical temperature information and a
detailed performance summary for the
warmer. These reports provide convenient
and reliable data analysis for the life of the
warmer.

The full function 5110 Series general transport stretcher
provides a versatile yet economical patient transport solution.
This is a non-hydraulic adjustable stretcher.
RAIL SYSTEM:
Easy to wipe clean and disinfect, full length tuck-away side rails allow
for easier patient transfer by creating a zero transfer gap. Rails feature
a release latch centrally located on either side of the litter top under the
patient surface.
PNEUMATIC ASSIST FOWLER:
Provides additional assistance for the safe and easy raising and lowering
of the patient.
TRENDELENBURG:
A single pneumatic cylinder assists in placing the litter top in Trendelenburg/
reverse Trendelenburg position.
CENTER COLUMN SUPPORT
Sturdy steel column design with five fixed litter top height positions to

easily and comfortably with a load capacity up to 750 pounds.
Superior stability, mobility, and braking capabilities make the
7500 versatile for all your department needs such as OR, ED,
PACU, Patient Transportation, Radiology or Cath Lab.
RAIL SYSTEM:
Full length stainless steel side rails feature integrated push-pull handles
with latch releases located at all four corners of the stretcher. Easy onehanded operation. No hinges, mechanical connections or plastic couplings
to trap debris or fluid. Easy to wipe clean and disinfect.
OXYGEN TANK HOLDER:
Pedigo’s ergonomic Quick-Release O2 Tank Holder is side mounted
and conveniently located under the patient surface to reduce caregiver

The two IS6™ wheels are centered directly under the chassis for increased
maneuverability and control. Dual ball bearing wheels feature a softer
wheel tread for improved grip and traction.
Sturdy steel column with single hydraulic lift cylinder design uses sixteen
precision ball-bearings to smoothly raise and lower the patient.

Copper is an inherently bactericidal element and the only solid touch surface material registered by the EPA to continuously
kill bacteria1 that cause infections and pose a risk to human health.
•
In the CuVerro® alloys registered with the EPA, copper is the active bacteria1-killing ingredient. Lab tests show 99.9% of
bacteria1 associated with disease and infection, including MRSA1, are killed within two hours when in contact with copper.
Bacteria will continue to be killed 24 hours a day, week after week, between regular cleanings.

Other than Copper alloys, no other solid touch surface materials have been registered by the EPA for their bactericidal
properties. Copper is the only material that is EPA-registered as an bactericidal solid surface material.

Unlike coatings, the bactericidal effectiveness of CuVerro® will not wear off over time. The bactericidal properties of
CuVerro® surfaces will not degrade from scuffs, scratches, regular cleaning or recommended use.

Studies monitoring bacterial load on ICU surfaces in regularly cleaned rooms have shown that bed rails have the highest
levels of bacterial of all the surfaces sampled.2
•
Pedigo rails are designed to be easily and thoroughly cleaned. CuVerro® bactericidal surfaces continue to kill bacteria1
between normal cleanings offering additional protection.
