METROPOLI ARQUITECTOS, S.C. is a developer company founded in 2003.
Metropoli Arquitectos has the infraestructure and knowledge needed to develop land, make projects
and execution.

up to the last detail, and that is the reflex of experience and vision of our team.
In 2007 Metropoli Arquitectos is developing over 150 million usd.
In residentials, offices, commerce and shopping centers, in different places, such as Mexico City,
Puerto Vallarta, Playa del Carmen and Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point).
OUR TEAM
Jose Luis Castelan Architect graduated from the University La Salle al Mexico City, lived in Barcelona,
Spain, where he made the Master in Administration of Real State at Colegio de Ingenieros and
made the Master in Restauration of Monuments, at UPC. In this city worked with the famous architect
Joseph Maria Botey.
Founder and associate with METROPOLI ARQUITECTOS.
Isacc Cherem Industrial and financial, promotoes investments and developes land since 1985, with this
experience he was pioneer in buildings at Santa Fe, Mexico.
Participate in several constructions with great sucess in Mexico City.
Makes the evaluation of projects for investments.
