Design of numerous multi-unit residential master plans including 17 new units and renovations to seven
existing units in a historic neighborhood located in Aspinwall, PA; a 12 block master plan and 8 unit
townhouse development in Aliquippa, PA; Schematic design of 96 apartment units in New Hampshire.
Design Consultant for Cabot Guns.
Schematic 3d design services for a proposed nine story luxury condominium building in Mt. Washington.
Duties included developing 3d model and video sales presentation.
Full architectural and interior services for numerous luxury residential renovations located in Fox Chapel,
Mt. Lebanon and Sewickley.
Design Architect for Summerset at Frick Park Luxury Villas for Montgomery Rust Development.
Architectural consulting with allied firms, design responsibilities included: construction documents for a
ski lodge, dormitory, 25 story former state office building to apartment conversion, and Media Arts
building at Robert Morris University.
Allegheny Center Alliance Church Architect of record 2004-2010: Responsibilities included regular
reporting to the Director of Operations and Advancement, the Building and Finance Committees and the
Board of Trustees. Design, coordination through construction of a six-story HVAC retrofit in existing
antique building, new student ministry, raised nursery play area, new counseling department. Assisted in
the development of strategic report outlining future projects. Report included probable costs,
diagrammatic drawings for 25 projects ranging from 3K to 15M for use by the congregation in
determining future building projects.
Preliminary Design Studies for 120 Room Hotel with retail and full commercial Gymnasium.
Virtual Learning Network Offices, design of three floors of high-tech remote learning organization.
