Christys’ & Co has been manufacturing fine hats in England since 1773 through eight generations of the
Christy family and across nine reigns of British royals starting with King George III. Christys’ place in history

Harris Tweed is exclusively woven in the Outer Hebrides
of Scotland using local wool. The fabric was uniquely
woven in a twill pattern, developed in the mid 1800’s
on hand looms. The fabric was used locally to make
suits for estate gamekeepers. Not until the early 1900’s
did the fabric gain popularity as the mark of a country
gentleman’s fabric for coats, trousers, hats and caps.
Today the distinctive label identifies the fabric and
garment as genuine Harris Tweed.

ORDERING YOUR BILTMORE HATS HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER.
Stock Service - We have expanded our Stock Service program to include
virtually every style in our catalogs. You will note the word “Stocked” next
to the items that are available for immediate shipment. Simply call our toll
free number, give the style number, color and sizes to our Customer Service
Representative and your hats will be shipped within 48 hours directly to
your store. You may order as little as 1 or 2 hats of any stock hat without
a service charge.
Semi-Custom Hats - These are hats that are not pictured in the catalog. They
require changes determined by the customer but these changes do not require
special parts. These hats also take approximately 6-8 weeks for production.
Minimum order is 6 hats, less than 6 hats will incur a service charge of $15 per hat.
Custom Hats - These hats are very unusual, requiring special dyed bodies,
special make-up trims, linings, or customized identification. These orders will
be quoted on a case by case basis for production timing. Minimums start at
6 dozen of a style.
Line Items - Non Stock items in the catalog are available as pictured and may
be ordered in 3 piece minimums. These take approximately 6-8 weeks for
production. Any order below the 3 piece minimum will incur a service charge
of $15 per hat.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS
All claims for damaged cartons and carton shortages
must be filed with carrier within 10 days after receipt of
merchandise. All inner box shortages must be reported
to Dorfman Pacific within 10 days. All returns must be
prepaid and authorized by the home office. Call 800367-3626 for authorization. Our RA# is required on all
cartons shipped back for credit. Returns may be subject
to a 10% restocking charge, minimum $25. Credit will be
issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise only.
