(PLS)
The Patient Liaison Service (PLS) is the central
point for coordination of patients’ complaints,
compliments and feedback within Sir Charles
Gairdner Hospital (SCGH). PLS are available to
liaise with SCGH staff, patients and their families
and carers to provide support and advice.
