Complesso residenziale turistico di 1° categoria,
situato a ridosso del centro di Bibione a pochi metri
dalla spiaggia ed a pochi passi dalle terme. Composto
da 101 appartamenti ad una o due camere, soggiorno
con angolo cottura, bagno ed ampio balcone, alcuni
dei quali vista mare. Il residence ha 8 piani, 2 ascensori
(accessibili anche a disabili) e spiaggia riservata (1
ombrellone e 2 lettini per ogni appartamento) oltre ad
una cabina spogliatoio. Ciascun appartamento dispone
di posto auto coperto in parcheggio recintato a 50 metri
dal fabbricato.
Il Residence Serenissima dispone di un ampio parco
verde oltre che di piscina per adulti e per bambini, vasca
con idromassaggio, terrazza solarium con servizio di
lettini e terrazza Snack-Bar. Tutti gli appartamenti sono
arredati in modo elegante e dotati di ogni comfort: aria
condizionata, Tv-Sat, piccola cassaforte, phon, forno
microonde, scopa elettrica, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Inoltre
il residence offre un servizio di pulizia dell´appartamento
due volte a settimana con cambio della biancheria
(lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e tovaglia).
Il Residence Serenissima è coperto da rete Wi-Fi che
permette una rapida connessione nei suoi spazi aperti
ed al piano terra è stata realizzata una stanza giochi
adibita ai bambini.

Ihren Urlaub mit Sonne und Relax
Diese Wohnanlage, der 1. Kategorie, liegt wenige Meter
vom Strand, in der Nähe des Zentrums und wenige Meter
von der Therme. Besteht aus 101 Apartments mit einem
oder zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnraum mit Kochnische,
Bad mit Dusche und großen Balkon zum Teil mit
Aussicht zum Strand. Das Haus ist achtstöckig, verfügt
über 2 Aufzüge (auch für behinderte zugängig), sowie
einen reservierten Strandteil mit 1 Sonnenschirm und 2
Liegebetten für jedes Apartment und eine Strandkabine.
Ein eingezäunter und überdachter Autoabstellplatz für
jede Wohneinheit 50 Meter von der Anlage.
Neben einer großen Sonnenterrasse mit Liegebetten
bietet die Residence Serenissima einen Swimming-Pool
für Kinder und Erwachsene, Whirlpool und Terrassen/
Snack-Bar.
Alle Apartments sind elegant und gepflegt eingerichtet
mit Klimaanlage, Fernseher mit Satellitenprogramm,
kleiner Wand Safe, elektrischer Besenstaubsauger,
Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und
Haar Föhn im Bad. Alle Apartments sind mit Bad- Tisch
und Bettwäsche versehen.
Wäschewechsel mit der Reinigung des Apartments
zweimal wöchentlich.
Auf dem gesamten Außengelände der Residence
Serenissima haben Sie die Möglichkeit über WI-FI sich in
unser Haus Netz einzuloggen.
Im Erdgeschoß finden Sie einen abgeschlossenen
Spielsaal für Kinder, sowie einen kleinen Spielplatz im
Freien.
First class residence close to the town centre, just 50
meters walk from the beach and next to the thermae.
Composed of 101 apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, living
room with kitchen, bathroom and wide balcony, some of
them with sea view. The residence is built on 8 floors and
has 2 elevators (available for disables), a reserved beach
(1 beach-umbrella and 2 sun bed provide per apartment)
with beach hut. Each apartment has a covered parking
place 50 meters from the building in a fenced park place.
Residence Serenissima, besides a large garden with
trees, has 2 swimming-pools, one of which for children, a
Jacuzzi, a solarium terrace with sun beds and a snackbar service.
All the apartments are elegantly furnished with air
conditioning, TV-Sat, safe box, hair dryer, micro wave,
electric broom, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed
linen, towels, tablecloth and napkins are furnished.
Moreover the residence offers a cleaning service of the
apartment twice a week including the change of the linen
(sheets, bath towel and tablecloth).
Residence Serenissima is covered by a Wi-Fi line that
allows connection to the web in the open spaces of the
building. On the ground floor there´s a playroom realized
for the kids.
