Poli ce De partme nts and Se curity Forces are currentl y involved in a heroic &
deter mined effort to combat milit ancy and terrorism in NWFP, FAT A and
rest of the country. Howeve r, there is a furthe r need for proper coordination
bet ween various Police dep artment s and other law enforcement agencies to
effe ctivel y curb terrorist activi ties. A terrorist group identified or wanted in
one province should not operate unnoticed in the ne ighboring provinces.
ii.
A major ste p towards elimi nating terrorist activity is the prope r ide ntification
of the Mo st Wante d Te rrorists who are fugitives from law and who pose a
significant threat to security of our country. Effective dissemi nation of
information regarding these dangerous fugitives will ultimatel y lead to thei r
arrest and prosecution. Hen ce with the assistance of Provincial CIDs, Special
Investi gation Group of FIA has prepared a cent ral Red Book of M ost Wanted
Terr orists of Pakistan.
I complime nt SIG on publi shing a reliable book on MWTs for the bene fit of
all LEA s, and I hope the book is promptly updated to become a feature of
Pakist an’s Re ward for Justice Program. Apparentl y every effort has been
made to provide accurate information. Howeve r, these list s are never totally

Haqqania Akora Khattak , Nowshehra. This group
joined Baitullah Mehsud in 2007 and under the
direction of Baitullah Mehsud executed suicide
attack on Mohtar ma Benazir Bhutto on 27 -122007. His name as “Farooq” also came on record
during interrogations of arrested accus ed in FIR
NO. 291/08, Dated 06 -06-2008 U/S 120B, 7ATA,
4/5 ESA. PS Sadiqabad, Rawalpindi (Recovery of
three suicide v ehicles in Rawalpindi planned to kill
Ex-President Musharra f). He used to opera te
training camp at Soor Dhand, near Bara, Khyber
Agency and has excellence in explosives and bomb
making. His CN IC No is 37101 -3961707 -9.

Nadir Khan @ Qari Ismail (killed) of Madrassa
Haqqania Akora Khattak. This group joined
Baitu llah Mehsud in 2007 and under the direction
of Baitulla h Mehsud executed suicide attack on
Mohtar ma Benazir Bhutto on 27 -12-2007. He used
to tell stories (Qissas) to his associates who
interrupted him by saying, “cut your Qissa”. In
this way, his alias became famous as Qis kat. He
used to deliver suicide bomb ers and suicide
jackets along with Abdullah @ Saddam to
Hasnain Gul and Rafaqat (arrested accused in
the same case) in Rawalpindi. He was also
involved i n Rock et attack on Air Base Kam ra (FIR
No 14/08, Dated 17/01/08, U/s 324/427/120B/109

(HuM) group at this madrassa. He is also known
as, Ejaz At tocki and his brother na me is Imtiaz.
