N Branch Office opens
in Physicians Pavilion North at GBMC!
As you may know, on October 1, 2015, the HealthCare United Federal Credit
Union within the Greater Baltimore Medical Center merged into your Credit
Union. We welcomed the employees of GBMC, Sheppard Pratt and Gilchrist
Hospice Care into our field of membership and continued operating from the
former HealthCare United branch for 10 months. To better serve our members, on
August 1, 2016, we relocated to a new and improved location in the Physicians
Pavilion North (adjacent to the Subway Sandwich shop).
To celebrate the establishment of our new GBMC branch office, a ribbon-cutting
ceremony was held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. Members and potential
members stopped by to see what their Credit Union has to offer, enjoyed light food
and refreshments, and received a special grand opening gift.
We encourage the employees of GBMC, Sheppard Pratt and Gilchrist to take
advantage of our many cost-saving and convenient products and services. As one of
the top federally-chartered
Credit Unions in the region,
our friendly and knowledgeable
staff looks forward to serving
your financial needs.

Board Chair Bruce Keller has appointed a
Nominating Committee to review and recommend candidates for the annual election to the
Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee
consists of: David Bayer, Chair; Bud Oettel,
Member; and Douglas Burgess, Member.
The Nominating Committee is responsible for
the nomination of at least one (1) member of the

nominated are agreeable to the placing of their
names in nomination and will accept the office

the ballot by completing an application

good standing as of October 31st who are
eligible to vote, with a minimum of 130
members, whichever is greater. This petition
shall be submitted no later than 40 days prior to
the Annual Meeting planned for April 11, 2017.
Only legible signatures with the name lettered
or typed below them will be acceptable.
The decision of the Nominating Committee
regarding the validity of the petition is final. A
copy of the Election Guidelines is posted in the
Credit Union office. For more information and
applications, contact Credit Union President
David P. Hagar at 410-828-4730 ext. 7015.
