CAM2 International, LLC has formed a strategic alliance with one of the
largest packagers in the United States to dramatically increase the
geographic area to which CAM2 International can competitively supply its
products. Additionally, this change will provide you with a tremendously
expanded line of both CAM2 and MAGNUM packaged products allowing you
to target new prospective customers whose needs CAM2 could not meet in
the past.
With these exciting new changes, CAM2 will now have available for its’
current customers, and prospective customers, close to 200 product/package
combinations of CAM2 branded and MAGNUM branded products that can
now be combined into a single order and shipped on one truck.

has added Richard (Dick) Clark, a greatly experienced and highly
accomplished technical expert to our staff to serve as our corporate

from any facility where CAM2 manufactures, packages and/or ships our

CAM2’s commitment to quality is demonstrated with the placement of our full-time on-site
Director of Technology & Quality Assurance, Dick Clark. Dick will be responsible for
developing, managing, and implementing CAM2’s on-site quality assurance program.

Dick’s educational background includes a Professional Engineer degree in Chemical & Mineral
Engineering from The Colorado School of Mines as well as an MBA from California State
University

30 Years with UNOCAL working as a Research Chemist, Senior Process Engineer , Senior
Product Manager and Technical Service Manager in various lubricant related fields

3 Years with API managing all lubricant related issues for the US Oil and Gas Industry

7 Years with Independent Lubricant Manufacturers (ILMA members) as Technical Director

Certified Lubrication Specialists (CLS) – Number 60 in the United States
Dick Clark will be responsible for insuring that every product manufactured for CAM2
and shipped to our customers is manufactured to CAM2’s rigid specifications,
packaged to CAM2’s demanding packaging requirements, and shipped to our
customers on time in order to meet all of our customers’ expectations.

Thanks to the growing popularity of the CAM2 brand and the remarkable growth we have experienced in a difficult
lubricants market as the result of the efforts of our sales organization and especially our loyal and dedicated
distributor network, we are pleased and excited to announce that we are making significant changes to improve our
service, increase our product offering and expand the geographic reach of our packaged products distribution
network.
These exciting new changes will improve the availability and quality of our existing offering to our customers but
additionally, these changes will allow CAM2 to dramatically increase the products and packages we have available
for our customers and open up large new segments of the US where we can competitively sell our products and thus
grow the brand and its value to all of us.
Within the next 30 to 60 days we will be relocating our packaged product manufacturing to one of the largest and
most modern packaging facilities in North America. This State-of-the-Art facility has 465,000 square feet of space
under roof (10+ acres), 300 full time employees, 158 storage tanks, 13 automated filling lines, 2 bottle blow mold
injection machines, 9 extrusion machines, a plastic pail injection machine capable of manufacturing 1.8 million pails
per year and, most importantly, a fully equipped and staffed laboratory on site to assure all of us that our product quality
will continue to meet CAM2’s high standards.
As we stated above, this move will not only improve our service on our existing products to our existing customers,
it will greatly increase our packaged product offering to over 200 products and packages. Additionally, it will allow
CAM2 to effectively compete with our many competitors in virtually every state in the union allowing us to grow the
CAM2 brand and allowing our distributors to grow their CAM2 offering. With this move we are positioned for the
future.

In addition, CAM2 has hired a vastly experienced, well respected industry quality specialist, Mr. Richard (Dick)
Clark as our new “Director of Technology and Quality Assurance”.
Dick Clark has a “Professional Engineer’s degree in Mineral Engineering-Chemistry from the Colorado School of
Mines as well as and MBA from California State University. During his long and illustrious career, Dick has spent
over 30 years with Union Oil Company in a variety of product development, product production and product
technology/technical management positions as well as a stint at API (The American Petroleum Institute) working on
Industry Lubricant issues. We are happy to have Dick join our growing organization.
Dick will be based on-site at our new manufacturing and packaging facility and Dick’s primary responsibility is to
see that every drop of oil, every quart bottle, every 5 gallon pail manufactured and carrying the CAM2 brand meets
or exceeds the rigid quality standards CAM2 has put in place for its products and its containers before it is shipped to
you, our customer.
We at CAM2 have worked long and hard on this project to become a better and more complete supplier to our
customers. We have also worked hard at making sure this positive change for the future did not have any negative

Richard C. Clark (Dick Clark) CAM2 is happy to announce that Richard C Clark, also known as Dick Cark, has joined the CAM2 organization as Director of Technology and Quality Assurance. Dick’s responsibilities at CAM2 will involve Managing and controlling all aspects dealing with the quality and technology of our product offering. Dick will be responsible for making sure every product CAM2 ships to its customers is manufactured to CAM2’s rigid product specifications and every package meets our exact packing requirements. Now, let’s take a quick look at who Dick is. After graduating from the Colorado School of mines with a Professional Engineering degree in Mineral Engineering and Chemistry, Dick began working in the Petroleum industry for Union Oil Company of California (aka Union 76). During his 30 year career with Union Oil Dick progressed upwards though the company working in a number of areas of increasing responsibility including Research Chemist, Manager of Refining Quality and Planning, Technical Product Manager, Manager of Technical Services and Manager of Technical Marketing to name a few. During his career at Union Oil because of his knowledge, expertise and commitment to quality Dick was chosen to lead and manage Union Oils industry leading Technical Services Training Program. Additionally, as an invited guest instructor at many STLE conferences, Dick was named the top conference trainer multiple times. After retiring from Union Oil, Dick decided he could still help the industry improve and he went to work for The American Petroleum Institute (API) and took on the daunting task of managing all lubricant related issues for the U. S. Gas and Oil Industry. Along the way to having a very successful and recognized career, Dick managed to also pick up an MBA from California State University and get his Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS #60) certificate. Due to his extensive knowledge, occasionally Dick is still called upon to grade CLS exams. Dick brings many positive attributes and skills to CAM2, which include Product Management, Project Management, Team Management, Change Management, Quality Assurance, Tactical and Strategic Planning, Technical Support, Training Management, Information Gathering and most importantly his life long and unbending commitment to quality and the conformance to requirements. Throughout his career, Dick has been an asset to others and been directly involved in projects and activities that have generated millions of dollars in increased annual profits through new product development, product and process improvements, and cost reductions. Dick has demonstrated his change management and leadership abilities in progressively responsible positions up to the vice president and director levels. Even with his busy career Dick has always found time to help others as shown by his many years of involvement with the Boy Scouts of America and Toastmasters organizations. Don Bornstein
CAM2 is happy to announce that Don Bornstein has joined the CAM2 organization as Vice President, Business
Development.
Don’s responsibilities at CAM2 will involve the building and managing of CAM2’s case goods. In Don, CAM2 has
added one of the most experienced and well respected B2B and large National Account management executives
in the lubricants industry. Don has experienced great success in his career which includes stints with major oil
companies, with independents and in founding and successfully running his own lubricant supply and consulting
business.
Now, let’s take a quick look at who Don is. After graduating from the University of Maine with a degree in History,
Don went to work for Valvoline where he started making lubricants industry history. After joining Valvoline, Don
steadily progressed upwards in the company through a number of increasingly important sales and management
related positions to include New England District Manager, Mid-Atlantic Division Manager and ending his career
with Valvoline as the Northeast Division Manager.
During his time at Valvoline, Don enjoyed great success in whatever position he was assigned. As Northeast
Division Manager, Don was responsible for the Northeast Division being recognized as Valvoline’s top division for
5 of the 7 years he was the Division Manager.
After leaving Valvoline in 1988, Don decided he wanted to control his own destiny and founded a company he
named Victory Sales Group. As Victory Sales Group experienced success, it grew into three separate corporations.
Through Victory Worldwide Inc., Don and his organization very successfully marketed a proprietary line of Victory
brands which he sold to SUNOCO in 1996, as well as other proprietary branded lubricants, chemicals, and
antifreeze primarily to the export market. Through Victory Consulting Inc., Don and his organization provided
sales and management personnel and services to industry accounts such as Ronson Products and Lubricant
Packagers. And, at Victory Sales Group Inc, Don and his organization represented numerous oil and automotive
sales and marketing companies including Sunoco, Amalie Oil (Petroleum Packers), Quaker State, Safety Kleen,

CAM2 and Scot Lubricants as well as chemical and antifreeze marketers including Unified, Jetco, Blue Coral,
Superior Blends, Polyfreeze, Qualco, Keuka Packaging, Crown, and Almac.
Throughout his career Don has been a leader and an asset to the organization fortunate enough to have him. Don
has been directly involved in projects and activities that have built companies and generated millions of dollars in
increased annual profits.
Even with his busy career Don has found time to raise three grown children who are successful in their own right
and still is an avid runner and bicyclist.
