MetaWrap MD-XB is a 50 micron ultra-conformable, extensible digital wrapping media. The soft film has been developed to flow and
conform over the most challenging surfaces so it’s ideal for total vehicle wraps. The Apex adhesive system gives you assurance of high
performance and trouble free application even in deeper channels and recesses, as well as offering clean removal. The grey blockout
adhesive (on the white film version) ensures vibrant graphics and minimal substrate show through, as well as clean removal. The film
offers high levels of dimensional stability, and offers brilliant colour reproduction on Solvent, Eco Solvent and Latex printers.

The latest generation repositionable adhesive. It has a highly conformable Cast vinyl film. The re-formulated adhesive allows ease of
application, and with correct application provides trouble-free adhesion into recesses, for a professional application. The high quality
film produces outstanding print performance for printers using solvent, eco solvent and latex inks. It is suitable for vehicle wrapping
applications, compound curves, corrugations and rivets. We recommend that wraps be overlaminated with MetaGuard 900, which
also allows the film to be handled correctly.

used for interior and exterior applications on flat or gently curved surfaces such as vehicle graphics, and the grey adhesive provides
increased opacity to obscure the substrate. It is not suitable for application over rivets or complex curves.

MD3-R is an intermediate grade vinyl with removable adhesive. It delivers high print quality for temporary interior or exterior
applications, and allows clean removal up to six months after initial application. Metamark MD3-R Digital Vinyl is ideal for temporary
vehicle graphics, promotions and advertising campaigns. It is suitable for application to high energy surfaces such as steel and glass.

Metamark MD-BW has been developed for temporary flat panel advertising, and specifically to meet the demanding needs of ‘bus
wrapping’. It can be removed up to 6 months after application. Note: A bus wrap film is different from a vehicle wrap film. Vehicle wraps
require a permanent adhesion, and a film capable of conforming to complex curves whereas bus wraps are typically temporary and
substantially flat.

printed in reverse and applied to the inside of the glass.

Reverse cut the film using a 45° blade. Once weeded, the product can be applied to the textile using a heat transfer press, applying pressure
through the Polyester liner. Remove the liner immediately after pressing, when the film is still hot, and then press again for 2 seconds.

Print the image, orientated the correct way round. Allow 24 hours before weeding, and pressing. Once weeded, apply MX application tape
to lift the print. Use a heat transfer press, applying pressure through the application tape. Press first for 8-10 seconds, before removing the
application tape, then covering the image with a silicone-release paper and pressing for 17 sec. It is recommended to test a sample print.

The film should be applied to the inside of the window. The window must be cleaned first, with a razor blade or steel wool. An ammonia
solution can be used to remove old adhesive or hard to shift dirt since any blemishes will detract from the finished result. The window
must then be cleaned with isopropanol and allowed to dry. It is best to ensure that the film is cut oversize. To align the film it can initially
be aligned at the top edge using the ‘hinge’ method. The film is self-adhesive and supplied on a thin clear liner, which should be removed
before application.
When applying the film use a wet application method to saturate the glass. Be aware that water around the edge of the panel will cause
dirt ingress so avoid excess fluid towards the edges of the film. Squeegee the film by applying overlapping strokes from the top centre
outwards in each direction and then repeat down the film. A felt squeegee is recommended to avoid scratching. Once applied the excess
can be trimmed. This can be achieved by running a squeegee down the edge of the film at a 45º angle with a blade pressed against it.

For application to buildings care should be taken when applying to double-glazing as heat absorption may cause cracking. The film will have
limited performance when used on internal glazed partitions.
