For fiscal year 2012-13, we continued to expand and extend the Tower’s
commitment to children and adults across Central Oregon.
Highlights of the year included:
·Nearly 4,000 students and families engaged through
LessonPLAN (Performing Live Arts Now)
·45 local nonprofits using our discount rental rates to present 120 events

“For the past several years, the Education Foundation for Bend-La Pine Schools has hosted our signature
fundraiser, the annual Trivia Bee, at the Tower Theatre. The Tower kindly provides the venue at a discounted
nonprofit rate and the staff and volunteers are an absolute pleasure to work with. The atmosphere in
this historic theatre is wonderful and draws many event attendees. Proceeds provide vital support to our
Classroom Grants program which benefits thousands of students across the district each year.”
