Ft. Worth Herd Cattle Drives
The world's only twice daily cattle drive! The Old West comes to life

cattle drive — from the saddles to the chaps, from the hats to the
boots — is authentic and historically true
Billy Bob’s Texas

(three acres!), with its own indoor rodeo arena for professional bull
riding, a Texas-size dance floor, dozens of bar stations, plus restaurants, arcade games, a Wall of Fame with celebrity handprints, and a
general store. It is also an amazing 8-time winner of country music’s
“Club of the Year.”
Comparisons to Gilley's located in Houston where the movie "Urban
Cowboy" was filmed starring John Travolta were numerous. Gilley's
was only 44,000 square feet, less than half the size of Billy Bob's and
did not have Live Pro Bull Riding. The rated capacity is 6028 people at
any one time. More Than 15 Million Visitors have come through Billy
Bob's Doors since 1981.

Enforcement Agency. The Texas Rangers, the oldest state law enforcement
agency, play an important role in solving crimes and apprehending fugitives.
The Modern Texas Rangers focus primarily on investigations, and are known
as the Elite Law Enforcement Officers of the 21st Century.
It took Texas Ranger law enforcement to bring down Bonnie and Clyde, and it still takes a
Texas Ranger to keep this spirited state of Texas in line today. From their cowboy hats to
the silver stars on their shirt pockets, it’s easy to see why Texas Rangers are famous for
their strong presence.
Brazos River
The Brazos River, called the Rio de los Brazos de Dios by early Spanish explorers (translated as
"The River of the Arms of God") is the 11th longest river in the United States at 2060 km. The

City Tour with step-on guide
The Alamo
More than 2.5 million people a year visit the 4.2 acre complex known worldwide as "The Alamo." Most come to see the
old mission where a small band of Texans held out for thirteen days against the Centralist army of General Antonio
López de Santa Anna. Although the Alamo fell in the early morning hours of
March 6, 1836, the death of the Alamo Defenders has come to symbolize
courage and sacrifice for the cause of Liberty. The memories of James Bowie,
David Crockett, and William B. Travis are as powerful today as when the
Texan Army under Sam Houston shouted "Remember the Alamo!" as it
routed Santa Anna at the battle of San Jacinto on April 21, 1836. The Alamo
has been managed by the Daughters of the Republic of Texas since 1905.
Located on Alamo Plaza in downtown San Antonio, Texas, the Alamo represents nearly 300 years of history. While there, be sure to stop by the Clara
Driscoll Theater where visitors may view a seventeen-minute film on the
Alamo, a film produced by The History Channel exclusively for the site.

SAS Shoes—The General Store
In 1978, a small retail store was added to the corner of the SAS factory. After
the factory burned in 1998, another General Store was developed using remnants of the old factory. It had a complete line of SAS shoes and handbags.
Gradually, a kitchen, a candy store and an ice cream parlor emerged. Vintage
cars and early farm equipment were displayed around the store. When an early
1900’s barn was added it included a small factory where visitors could watch
skilled shoemakers creating their latest comfort product, Li’l SAS shoes for children.

City. As we dine at the Tower’s revolving
