How many people in the world can say that
they have been doing the same thing over and
over, year after year, time in and time out for 45
consecutive years? Not many, I’d have to wager...
especially not in the bull selling game or the cattle
business in general.

We have dedicated our lives to providing a good, useful, quality,
profitable product for all these years and the year 2015 is no exception.
In fact, I do believe we’ve ramped up our product another notch or
taken it to a whole new level, if you will. With our transition into a
complete May/June calving program, our numbers of sale bulls are
lower than normal for 2015. However, with that being said, I firmly
believe that this group of long yearling bulls is a truly incredible set!
From top to bottom, the depth and magnitude of them is amazing –
but it does not matter what I think... I own them, I had better
like them!

Skor was the Squall son we kept back in our 2011 Bull Sale. He was a massive
1735 lbs. on Sale Day and hasn’t looked back since! His sons have been very
well accepted by both purebred and commercial breeders and his daughters are
beautiful young cows.
Skor’s dam had 55 calves registered to her including Stallion, Littlestone,
Red Carpet and our donor cow, Countess 211T.
Skor is now serving herd sires duties at Red Donval Farms in Forrestburg.
A Squall daughter just sold in the Mayhem Sale in Emporia for $11,000 US.

Since selling in our 2012 Bull Sale for $11,000 to Nick & Lorraine VanGaalen, Boulevard has continued to impress. We got him back on a trade deal
with Nick for the old Wander bull. Boulevard can make good stout sons that are
well received by the cowboys but his daughters are steller and they should be as
his dam is awesome... even at 15 years of age! She sold for $17,000 as a 10 year
old and also raised 19U, the Heifer Calf Champion at Farmfair and Agribition in
2008 who is also dam to Makn Waves!
Ghost Rider at WRAZ is a full ET brother. Mercedes was a daughter that
was Reserve Grand Champion Female at Denver in 2010, as well,

Wheeler was the high seller at Wheeler’s 2012 Bull Sale at $15,500 and
was worth every penny that day. He was massive both as a yearling and as a mature bull. His overall scope and depth was matched by his profile and athleticism.
He could move for such a powerhouse muscle bull. He was like a bovine body
builder, just like an A&W Uncle Burger... all without any extra hormones!!
Probably the biggest reason we chose 61Y was because of his gorgeous
dam, 29N, and grandam 161K. Both are phenomenal cows!
Last year two sons of Wheeler brought $25,000 to Leeuwenburghs and
$15,000 to Alta Genetics.

Here is the son of Arson 85U we chose to replace the old boy with. Arson
3Y was a sale feature in 2012 selling for $11,500 to Blue Ridge Colony. We retained a share in him and employed his valuable and predictable genetics.
His dam was an ET daughter of Zama Pine 37S and our old donor, Lakme
70M, making her a maternal sister to Pasquale and Black Kodiak 204Y and Sequoia 212X at WRAZ.
Arson 85U’s rare semen in the USA continues to climb in value to over $500
US a straw. He can produce!!

I’ve had my eye on these next three bulls since birth – these sons of
Wheeler are an exceptional trio and have tons of potential to offer the industry.
122’s dam is our special old Annie daughter. She was an E.T. daughter of our
Canadian National Reserve Champion Female, Annie 1G, the dam to Front Line.
This will be the last calf from 12R who, as a heifer, topped the “Fabulous
Females” Dispersal at $9750 back in 2006. The first Wheeler daughters have
now weaned their first calves and they can do their jobs very well!!

When the cowboys get to town on December 4th to see our first set of bulls
for our newly formed bull sale, they will surely find this bull and his two pen
mates, 122B and 124B. He is so full of power and potential he will be in style for

We had seven full sisters to 158Y in our herd – one sold to Wildcat at $10,000

teRmS - The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at Fort
Macleod, Alta. The right of property shall not pass until settlement is made. All
settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be
released.
RetAINeD INteReStS - Brylor Ranch is initiating another new program for
retaining the right to possibly use a few of the bulls in this 2015 sale. Instead of
retaining a 1/3 semen interest in selected lots, we will instead reserve the right
to collect 100 straws of semen on any bull in the catalogue at our expense
and the buyer’s convenience. Buyer otherwise owns the bull, except in the case
of bulls denoted as 1/2 interest lots.
BIDS - Every animal entering the sale ring will be sold to the highest bidder A
floor price will apply to each animal consigned.
DISpUteS - In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties
involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the
auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will
be final.
pURchASeR’S RISk - Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as
soon as the auctioneer declares the animal sold.
