ABOUT TEC SERVICES
Total Electrical Communication Services (TECS) is a private family owned business having established its
initial Port Hedland office in 2002 as an electrical contractor.
Since TECS inception, we now support the areas and surrounds of the Pilbara, Perth and South West
regions of Western Australia having regional offices and workshops located at Lot 2 Hardie St, Port
Hedland and Unit 1, 24 Auger Way, Margaret River. We will continue to move into other regions as we
see opportunity to continue growth and increase production.
TEC Services currently offer and facilitate all electrical, instrumentation, communications, air conditioning
design and construction along with building services for our clients.
With the growth, expansion and diversification of the company over the years we found self-performing
disciplines such as excavation/civil works, concrete and pre cast panels has meant that TECS have been
able to reduce cost and allow clients to deal with a single point of contact delivering turnkey packages.
Our team are passionate about what they do, and we know our success, and the success of our projects
is a credit to our people. With over 15 years experience in the industry, TECS philosophy is built on our
core values: quality, safety, reliability, trust and integrity.
We are also an active part of NECA, the national electrical and
communications association.

Roebourne Shire Karratha Airport LV and HV Infrastructure Upgrade
Upgrade of the Karratha Airport Electrical Distribution (High and Low Voltage Power) System.
The upgrade included the phased
replacement of the existing 11kV systems
with 33kV systems to remove current and
future capacity constraints at the airport
and replace old equipment that is at the
end of its design life.
The work also included the replacement of
old and degraded 415V distribution
cabling.

Having lasted through the GFC & mining down
turn while still sustaining projected growth,
TECS has proven that it’s past and current
business model to be an effective strategy no
