The Destination Services team for The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples has mastered the
art of creating unique experiences for both you and your guests.
We specialize in organizing exciting excursions, elaborate themed parties, and
specialty off-site venue events to create a memorable and personable experience for your
group. The following is a presentation of our services and activities that we would be happy
to create for you.

Water Tours
The Calusa Spirit
Experience the relaxing and cool Gulf waters aboard this 49passenger power catamaran. The Calusa Spirit calmly
navigates the backwaters in search of dolphins, manatees and
bald eagles. The catamaran can also make a stop at Cape
Romano where guests can explore the secluded beach in search
of the most ornate seashell treasures. This motor (not sail)
boat offers onboard facilities, light snacks and beverages for
purchase.
Parasailing Tours
Set sail high above the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and
enjoy a unique perspective of the amazing wildlife of Southwest
Florida. You will enjoy a breathtaking, panoramic view of the
Gulf Coast and have a chance to see dolphin, manatee and
stingrays from 350+ feet over the water. Exclusive charters are
available for solo, tandem or triple flights.

Wave Runner Excursion
This truly unique experience on a guided Wave Runner Eco-Tour will take you through the Ten Thousand
Islands, the only sub-tropical mangrove forest in the United States. These islands are located just south of
Marco Island and span 35,000 acres across the lower end of Fakahatchee and Picayune Strands of Big
Cypress Swamp. You will have up-close encounters with wildlife such as dolphin, manatee, roseate
spoonbills, bald eagles and much more!

Water Tours
Backwater Fishing in
Naples Bay
An experience you can only find in Southwest Florida!
Enjoy the thrill of backwater fishing in a sporty, center
console vessel. These boats have a shallow shaft allowing
passage into shallow coves and tidal waters for improved
fishing and greater enjoyment of the unspoiled environment. This
style of fishing is a real sportsman’s delight!
Offshore Fishing Tour
In The Gulf of Mexico
Enjoy spectacular offshore fishing aboard 30’ to 35’
vessels. A charter boat will take you 10-20 miles into the
Gulf of Mexico to the captain’s best fishing spots. All
boats are fully appointed with a covered area, restroom
and a state-of-the-art GPS. Exclusive and private
executive offshore fishing boats are available by request at
an additional charge.
*Flats Fishing also available for areas with
amazing fishing, but limited access. Also has
availability for fly-fishing.
Deep Sea Fishing with Lady Brett
Lady Brett is a spacious, 45-foot monohull vessel
designed for comfort and speed. Cruising at 18 knots, she is one of the only charter boats in the area
capable of carrying up to 20 people as far as 12 miles offshore. Perfect for Florida’s waters, she has a
substantial deck head cover and restroom, so you are assured
a comfortable experience while getting to the fishing grounds
quickly. So many fish, so little time! The warm waters in the
Gulf of Mexico are home to grouper, snapper, king fish,
mackerel and cobia.

Water Tours
Kayaking at Wiggins Pass
This adventure is ideal for beginner and advanced paddlers.
Participants will kayak past mangroves and bird rookeries,
through serene backwaters while the naturalist guide explains
the distinct ecology of the area. The wildlife that inhabits the
region includes osprey, ibis, dolphins, egrets and manatees.
Kayaking at Isle of Capri
Experience the unique ecosystem of the 10,000 Islands and
the mangroves while navigating your kayak through the back
bays of the Gulf of Mexico. Explore the untouched
wilderness and pristine beauty of this area up-close with your
dedicated eco-trained naturalist. They will guide you
through the mangroves of Isle of Capri and the backwaters of
Marco Island. You may encounter osprey guarding their
nests, herons and egrets swooping for a fish, dolphins playing
or manatees surfacing for a breath of air.
Note: Tour is for experienced kayakers.
Everglades Kayaking
Get a unique look at what the Florida Everglades has to
offer! This exceptional tour gives you a look at the
Everglades like you have never seen before. Tours are
led by an experience naturalist who will point out and
explain the wildlife and natural beauty of the unique
surroundings. A photographer will also follow your
group to capture the special moments that you will
encounter through your tour.

Water Tours
South Everglades Airboat Eco-Tour
Through this Eco-Tour guests will experience the
fascination and mystique of one of the most
beautiful, diverse areas in the world: The Florida
Everglades. Adventure begins as you arrive for an
exhilarating ride through the backwaters of the Gulf
of Mexico on an authentic airboat. While passing
through mangrove tunnels and old Indian trails,
your trained tour guide will provide full narration of
the Everglades, including facts on the distinct
ecosystems and its precious wildlife.
Sailing Regatta
A delightful experience for the avid sailor or beginner, this personalized regatta
is the perfect way to race across the Gulf of Mexico. The regatta takes place on
a marked course just off the Platinum Coast of Naples by a Yacht Club
Commodore. Guests will leisurely cruise through the enchanting waters of
Naples Bay to their starting point in the Gulf. At the starting line, the
committee boat is stationed with racing judges who set the course and observe
the boats as they navigate the course markers. The six passengers on each boat
will be the actual racing crew serving under each boat’s captain, participating
as little or as much as they like.
Note: A single Sailboat experience is also available.
The Dolphin Explorer/Eco Shelling
Join the crew on the Dolphin Explorer, a 36’ Coast Guard
certified 24-passenger power catamaran. As part of Sea
Excursion’s 10,000 Islands Dolphin Project, you can assist in
photographing and collecting data on our local dolphins. If
you are successful in photographing an image of an
unidentified dolphin not yet catalogued, you get the photo
credit and earn the right to name the dolphin. Our trained
naturalists will explain dolphin behavior, assist in your
photography, and help print your digital camera photos right
on-board!

Water Tours
Light Tackle Fishing with Naples Explorer
This 35’ boat is perfect for light fishing in the bays! This
certified pontoon vessel is capable of traveling at 15 knots
and can comfortably carry 18 guests for sightseeing or
fishing trips. The Naples Explorer is a quiet boat, ideally
suited for family outings, business groups or intimate
private charters. The captain navigates into the calm
backwaters of Naples bay, the 10,000 Islands and
Keewaydin Island for picnicking and shelling. Possible fish
catching includes snook, sheepshead, redfish and trout.
Naples Area Sightseeing or Sunset Cruises on Double Sunshine
Double Sunshine is a 55’ vessel capable of carrying 149 passengers. Her broad catamaran hull was chosen
for its stability and passenger comfort on the water. It houses the pilot station, beer, wine and soda bar,
restrooms, central seating and open seating forward.
This deck can tastefully be set up for catering and
buffet-style food service. Naples has a lot to view
from the water and with our narrated tours, you will
get insight on the natural beauty, history and wildlife
of the area. You will have an amazing view of the
extravagant houses of Port Royal, bald eagles and
playful dolphins. Enjoy Naples’ breathtaking sunsets
first-hand on this spectacular cruise!
Catamaran Sailing & Shelling
Experience a water tour aboard a sleek catamaran as you are
captivated by the stunning views of Naples Bay and the Gulf of
Mexico. Cruise by the famous homes of Port Royal before
heading out to the Gulf of Mexico on a 53’ catamaran. Dolphins,
sea birds, sting rays, turtles and flying fish are just a few of the
potential sightings during this adventure. There is abundant
seating inside the spacious cabin for your guests to converse with
friends and enjoy the serene water and sea air.

Land Tours
The Clyde Butcher Eco-Tour
Experience the primordial beauty of Clyde Butcher’s
world when you partake in a guided eco-tour through the
swamps of Big Cypress National Preserve. Marvel at the
pristine splendor of natural Florida as you traverse through
a rarely seen world filled with vibrant colors and
mysterious sounds. Deep in this serene, sacred space your
guide will point out exotic orchids and bromeliads, native
birds and a host of swamp critters. After your tour you
will have a chance to visit Clyde’s museum of awardwinning photography. Whether you desire to walk
through the swamp or stay dry and learn more about it
from a comfortable distance, you’ll encounter a glimpse of
paradise that will stay with you forever.
Thomas Edison & Henry Ford Winter Estate Tours
Walk into history as you tour the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, located in the heart of
Fort Myers. The winter estates have furnishings and architecture reminiscent of a bygone era, and are
complete with innovations which are not found in many modern homes. Thomas Edison’s laboratory,
botanical gardens and museum captivate the attention of all. The museum houses some of Edison’s more
popular inventions including the phonograph and the movie projector. These buildings have been carefully
preserved and restored as homage to two of our greatest inventors.

Land Tours
Everglades Guided Cycling Tour
Cyclists are provided a unique opportunity to observe and enjoy
the Everglades in its natural state. It requires close inspection,
and rewards those who take the time to observe and explore its
natural treasure. Traveling by bicycle allows the freedom to
explore this subtropical paradise of cypress swamps, freshwater
marshes, wet and dry prairies and rare tropical hardwood
hammocks. Wildlife viewing is excellent with the chance to
observe a Florida panther, black bear, dear, otters, bobcats,
alligators, turkey, boar and beautiful butterflies.
Note: Due to environmental concerns this is not a mountain bike experience.
Cycling from The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples
Depending on the length of the tour selected, cyclists will
ride in the charming Pelican Bay area, Seagate area and
along-side the scenic Gulf shore. Riders will stop at a beach
park on The Gulf of Mexico, ride down banyan covered
roads, and pass the Venetian Village on the Bay area en
route to Doctor’s Pass. Discover all the hidden treasures of
North Naples!
Cycling Old Naples
Come and enjoy a leisurely bike ride through historic Old Naples and
surrounding neighborhoods. Ride along the exceptional Gulf of Mexico
and catch bay water views as you meander by a unique and eclectic
combination of finely restored old style homes and remarkable modern
day architecture. Pedal along
back roads to Naples Pier and
Naples City Dock for a look at
the bay and boats. Tropical,
elegant, intimate and charming,
this tour is a fun way to discover
the inviting community of Old
Naples.

Land Tours
Naples Segway Tours
See the natural beauty and learn the history of Old Naples
on the newest, most modern and innovative personal
transporter. “Segway” is the first of its kind in personal
transportation. Enjoy your narrated tour outdoors with
the Florida sun and Gulf breezes while cruising happily on
your Segway. It’s easy, safe and more fun than you can
imagine! Stops include the heart of the waterfront,
Crayton Cove and the City Dock, as well as 5th Avenue
South and the Olde Naples shopping districts. Cambier
Park is another beautiful stop where you’ll ride along the
winding paths enjoying the lush Floridian vegetation in one
of the city’s premier parks. Helmets, training and practice
are included.

The Baker Museum of Art
Located just minutes from The Ritz-Carlton, Naples,
this 30,000 square foot museum is an art lovers
dream. The two permanent collections feature
American, modern and contemporary art from 1900
– 1950 and Asian art (mainly Chinese) from the 4th
century B.C. to the 19th century. The collections
include paintings, ceramics, glass and scrolls. In
addition, traveling exhibits by world renowned
artists grace the halls of the Naples Museum of Art
throughout the year.
Sightseeing Trolley Tour of Naples
See the best of Naples on board a vintage Trolley and
enjoy the fully-narrated tour at your own pace. This
tour will take you through the heart of Naples, past
beautiful beaches and historical landmarks. Your guide
will combine humorous stories and historical
information into a fun-filled day tour!

Team Building Activities
Interactive Floral Demonstrations
Enjoy a personal floral demonstration, creatively and
expertly taught by The Ritz-Carlton Floral Designers.
Their unique designs have been featured in The
Naples Philharmonic as well as throughout The RitzCarlton Resorts of Naples. Your guests will use their
talent and learn secrets and techniques behind the art
of flower arranging. Additional class options include
guests making their own arrangements to be used for
event centerpieces or having them donated to a local
charity.
Sandcastle Building
This activity is designed to create excitement,
challenge and laughter while enjoying one of
Florida’s most prized treasures - the beach!
Emphasis is placed on participation and fun, rather
than individual skill. Master sculptors will spend
up to 5 hours in advance creating a custom
sculptor that will serve as inspiration to each team.
The sculptors can incorporate virtually any logo or
theme and will stay to work with each team,
teaching their craft and sharing trade secrets.

Team Building Activities
Guitar Heroes
Be a child’s hero in this fun, fast-paced “Giving Back” team building activity. Each team has puzzles to
solve, competitions to win and secrets to unlock in order to acquire the resources needed to build (partby-part) a guitar! Challenges are discovered along the way that must be overcome to accomplish their
goal. The ultimate conclusion to the event is the
understanding that each component of a team (or
company) is interdependent and cannot work alone
from the other components of the team. Guitar
parts are purchased from local Naples music stores
and finished guitars will be donated to
underprivileged children in area schools. This is a
great opportunity to support our future musicians!
Build-A-Bike
This is a challenging program where your group is divided into teams to solve specific situations in order to
win bike parts to build a bicycle for a young child from the local Boys and Girls Club. For many of
these children this will be the first bike they will have ever owned, and your gift means freedom to these
young ones. Each team has puzzles to solve, exercises to win and secrets to unlock in order to acquire the
resources that they need (part by part) to build a bicycle. When we work together we accomplish more,
faster!

Club Beach Experience
Enjoy a customized experience outdoors with Club Beach! White, flowing sheers create a barrier to your
private party on Vanderbilt Beach where your guests will enjoy relaxing in the Florida sun. Decorative
palm trees, hammocks and comfortable furniture can be added to give an “at-home” feeling. You may also
arrange exclusive water tours including wave runners, parasailing, kayaking and paddle boards.
