Standard Discount
• Customers who choose not to pay by Direct Debit must pay an upfront security deposit of £150.
• The security deposit will be refunded to your electricity account after 12 months, provided all accounts have been paid on-time and in full during
that period.
• Discounts will apply from either the date of registration with Electric Ireland, or from an agreed date if changing optional discounts during
the contract.
• All Electric Ireland Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply and Codes of Practice apply to this price plan.
• We reserve the right to move you to our Standard Price Plan if you breach the terms of this price plan.
Optional Discounts
• The additional 2.5% discount for Direct Debit is applied to the unit rate of the Electric Ireland Residential Saver Price Plan as detailed above.
• If you discontinue your Direct Debit for any reason we will withdraw the Direct Debit discount.
• We reserve the right to change our Direct Debit collection date from 14 to 10 days and we will notify you in advance of doing this.
• The additional 1% Online Billing discount is applied to the unit rate of the Electric Ireland Residential Saver Price Plan as
detailed above.
• You must register for Online Billing within 30 days of signing up to this price plan in order to qualify for the Online Billing discount.
• The discount offered for Online Billing will be withdrawn if you fail to register or you deregister from Online Billing.
