Welcome to Lourdes
Lourdes serves as a regional referral center for
a wide geographic region, including more than
a dozen counties in western Kentucky, southern
Illinois, southeast Missouri, and northwest
Tennessee. Lourdes offers an extensive array
of medical specialties and technologies
typically found in much larger urban settings.
Our hospital is conveniently located at
1530 Lone Oak Road in Paducah just off
Interstate 24 at Exit 7.
CAFETERIA
Cafe dé Lourdes is located on the ground floor
for the convenience of visitors, physicians, and
hospital personnel.
Monday through Friday
Breakfast: 6 a.m.–9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m.–7 p.m.
Café de Lourdes is open for breakfast & lunch
only on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. There is
also a vending area outside the cafeteria open
24 hours a day.
COFFEE BEANERY
The Coffee Beanery is located on the first floor
near the main entrance. There are hot and cold
specialty beverages available, as well as
pastries, cookies, brownies, and bags of
whole bean coffee.
Monday through Friday: 6 a.m.–7 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
SUBWAY
Subway is located next to Coffee Beanery and
offers subs, hot and fresh toasted sandwiches,
wraps, salads, pizzas and cookies.

WIFI AVAILABILTY
CHAPEL
The Resource Center, located between the
Gift Shop and Subway, is open to the public
Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m.
Family and friends of patients may stop by and
conduct internet searches as well as send
e-mails to their families to keep them up to
date on their loved one’s condition.
Lourdes Hospital offers free wireless internet
access to patients and visitors. Feel free to
bring your WiFi enabled laptop or hand-held
device with you to your next appointment/visit.
The Chapel is located in the Marshall Nemer
Pavilion. A chaplain is available 24 hours a day.
To reach a Chaplain, dial “0” from a hospital
phone and have operator page.
GIFT SHOP
TOBACCO FREE
The Gift Shop, operated by hospital volunteers,
is located in the Marshall Nemer Pavilion Plaza.
The Gift Shop carries a wide variety of gift
items, newspapers and green plants.
To protect the health of our patients, visitors
and associates, smoking is prohibited on the
Lourdes campus. This includes all buildings,
parking lots, and grounds.
VISITING HOURS
At Lourdes we understand the value of
including loved ones in the healing process of
our patients. For your convenience, we would
like to welcome all guests to visit us at any time
the patient wishes to take advantage of our
open visitation.
Visitors are encouraged to stop at the
information desk located in the main entrance
for patient room and telephone number
information. Please understand that to protect
the confidentiality of our patients, nurses and
other hospital caregivers may be limited in the
information they can provide. The information
desk at the main entrance is staffed during the
following hours:
Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
Instructions to obtain patient information
beyond these hours will be posted at the
information desk. Visitors arriving after
10 p.m. must enter the hospital through
the Emergency Department.
