The JCB Supertooth is a market leading tooth design due to the metallurgical
composition and unique shape and design. Cast using a unique material

The JCB Aggressor Range is JCB’s range of side pin, CAT type teeth - designed, tested and approved to be
used on JCB equipment from 4 – 70 tonnes. Available in a range of sizes, adaptors and tips – the JCB Aggressor
range provides a high quality, cost effective solution which is interchangeable with the market standard.
The current range of JCB Aggressor Wearparts are fitted to all JCB GP ECO Buckets
and are supported by the JCB global dealer network.

Series - GP Tip
The most common of all ground engaging teeth (GET), is the side pin and retainer type. There are many variants on the market but the
most common are CAT Type. These are a range of two part system (Tip & Adaptor) held in place with pin and pin retainer located from the side.
The JCB Aggressor Series are JCB's very own range of CAT type wearparts which have been specifically designed to support any CAT type wearpart
in the market meaning we can support not only JCB but also competitors customers.

Available in a range of sizes for many machines and applications - JCB's Aggressor range is available for 6 tonne up to 60 tonne machines. The JCB Aggressor range
is developed using high quality material specification, which range from 51 - 54 HRC. The designs are specific to the casting process and molecular structures within
the raw material, which ensures they are tough, do not break and provide long wear life. This ensures maximum up-time from the machine due to having sharper tips,
fewer breakages and with material specifically placed in high wear areas - less replacements.

It is easy to overlook how important these relatively simple components are to the smooth functioning of your machine. Pins and bushes allow machines to perform
their full range of movement, enabling you to dig, grade, load, place and steer accurately and safely. JCB pins are made from the very highest quality materials to ensure
maximum performance and safety. Across the range, JCB employs a variety of technologies to suit the application, such as Manganese Phosphate (ROCOL) coating or
induction hardening. These may not be present in cheap pins sold in the Aftermarket, which will not perform to the same level and importantly not last as long!
With an ever increasing range of machines, applications and markets, the JCB range
of toeplates is rapidly expanding to support a wide range of buckets, shovels and grabs
in a wide range of operating applications and to help maximise productivity and the
overall life of the attachment.
Bushes may be spring steel, phosphor bronze, hardened steel or even plastic, depending on where they are being used. What is critical is that the bush is used with the
correct pin to ensure you get optimum performance and the greatest wear performance. Only JCB specified pins and bushes will return your machine performance to
'as new' and you can keep them in first class condition with regular maintenance. Remember, for optimum performance always use one of the specialist greases from the
JCB lubrication range - specified by JCB Engineers to JCB machines.
Available in welded single edge, bolt-on single edge, bolt-on double edge and bolt-on
multi piece a toeplate can be critical to saving the operator costs of replacing the whole
attachment and ensuring the attachment is performing well. So much so, that the
correct selection of toeplate for machine and application can have a huge
impact on your wallet, the bucket wear and the performance and
output of the machine in application.

the highest grade steel which is also capable
of being welded for incorporation into
a bucket structure.

Single Edge Bolt On Toeplate
Double Edge / Reversible Bolt-on
Single edge weld in toeplates are integral to the attachment
structure. They will over time wear, especially when a bolt
on toeplate or teeth are not used.
Single edge bolt on toeplates can be used in place of teeth
and offer a toeplate surface which can be removed and
replaced easily. Many toeplates can often be extended out
as they wear down to prolong life.
Double edge bolt on toeplates can be used in place of teeth
and offer a toeplate surface which can be removed and
replaced easily. Double edge toeplates can be reversed
once worn through to prolong the life of the part.

Used often on wider shovels, which allows replacement
of the segments when required rather than an entire
single piece.
Recently introduced on Backhoe buckets, a bolt on toeplate
offers customers the option to use a toeplate rather than
teeth for cleaning applications or when additional safety is
required to reduce the change of cable strike.
JCB also offer a wide variety of special toeplates for a
vast range of attachments and applications.

JCB offer a range of breaker steels and parts to suit all JCB breakers. From the JCB 8008 Micro Excavator, to the JCB 3CX Backhoe Loader
and up to the JS460 Excavator machines, JCB offer a full range of breakers with a range of Steels to support the applications. *Hydraulic breakers
or steels will not function without adequate lubrication. Always specify the correct JCB formulated hammer greases for maintenance of JCB breakers.

Backhoe Loaders, Mini Excavators and more! By reducing mechanical wear on metal to metal surfaces, JCB Wearpads provide a cost effective solution to keep
moving parts working for longer.

than other products to provide an abrasion, impact, chemical and corrosion resistant material - which can operate at a very wide load, speed and temperature range.

This steel is used instead of moil type
points for any larger steel over 100 mm

demolition. Chisel points are often in
a range of types narrow - wide - and
transverses for different breakers.
For impact breaking such as oversizes
and demolition and hard rock where
penetration can't be achieved.
