Norcard Fundraiser Dragon Lake School is doing their Norcard Fundraiser this fall to raise money for the school. It helps us to be able to help others in many situations that arise throughout a school year. Orders are due in on Friday, October 17th. Some important tips: ⇒ Children in a Primary Division are requested to ask their parents for support in fundraising ⇒ Please only sell the product to close neighbours, friends and family members ⇒ We do not encourage students soliciting door to door for Head Lice Parents, please be aware that there have been cases of head lice at our school. We ask that you check your child at home. We also ask that you keep your child(ren) at home until treatment has been done. If you have questions as to treatment, you may contact the Health Unit at (250) 991-7571. Movie Night Don’t forget!! Tomorrow night at 6:30 pm is the Spooktacular movie “FrankenWeenie”. Come have some Halloween fun...creative costume contest with a variety of prizes including Booster Juice, Caryall, Carib Theatre tickets & more!! There will be popcorn, candy & juice for sale. Please bring something to sit on and it is $2 at the door. Hope to see you there!! safety reasons. If students are selling in their neighbourhood, they should be accompanied by a responsible adult ⇒ All money and orders collected should be turned into Mrs. Musselman in the office. ⇒ Please make cheques out to Dragon Lake School. Thanks for your support!! Shake Out The school had an emergency “Shakeout” earthquake drill today. Please review this with your child tonight and maybe get them to show their family what to do at home!!
