ASSURE THE ACCURACY OF YOUR PDF FILE CONVERSIONS
SurePDF automatically creates print-ready PDF files on the
user's computer using their resources (source program, fonts,
etc.), producing the most accurate PDF for proofing and output.
The SurePDF driver supports both Windows and Mac platforms.
CentralPDF™ provides server-based automated conversion
of supported native application files to PDF when uploaded to
WebCRD. Users can view the PDF proof before placing their
order.
MANAGE INVENTORY LEVELS AND RE-ORDER POINTS
AutoStock™ provides finished goods inventory management
and automates replenishment requests for inventory and printon-demand items. On-hand and reserve quantities are kept
in sync, and email alerts are generated based on configurable
stocking levels.
ENTERPRISE CAPABLE WEB TO PRINT WORKFLOW
Advanced Job Cost Estimating (AJCE) extends WebCRD’s
standard Job Cost Estimating by enabling business rules for
volume discounts and allows the use of different Price Cards for
individual customers or groups.
Enterprise Authentication securely authenticates users against
existing LDAP or Active Directory server(s) (multiple domains
also supported). This module also provides one-to-one mapping
of user data into WebCRD.
Enhanced User Data Mapping: RSA can provide a custom
integration that extends user data mapping and adds business
rules for Entitlements and Accounting code mappings, greatly
reducing the administrative burden of user management.
Advanced Authentication Module securely authenticates
users against existing single-sign-on (SSO) environments using
SAML or SiteMinder.
eProcurement Systems Integration allows WebCRD to plug
into existing eProcurement software like Ariba, SciQuest and
Oracle via a standard cXML punch-out process.

SUPPORT MULTIPLE WORKFLOWS AND PRINT CENTERS
MultiSite™ provides multiple print center support with job
automation and individual production management views by site.
Manage separate print centers with their unique capabilities,
paper stocks, finishing, pricing and production staff. Configure
a separate site for each print center, with orders automatically
routed to the customer’s default site. Transfer orders to another
site to balance workloads, or to take advantage of capabilities
that only exist at the other location.
BOOK ASSEMBLY
Enhanced Book Assembly allows users to assemble multiple
documents, from the Catalog or uploaded files, into a single PDF
for ordering.
PAYMENT
Credit Card allows you to accept credit card payment quickly
