Arrival by ScoutingTrain starting in Berlin All participants are invited to the official farewell celebrationin Berlin. This will take place on July 31, 2014 at 17.30 o’clock in the premises of the Content Agency KircherBurkhardt GmbH, Berlin (end approx 19:45) Adress: KircherBurkhardt GmbH Heiligegeistkirchplatz 1 10178 Berlin Next station: S Hackescher Markt The tickets for the train to moscow can be picked up at Kirchner Burckhardt between 16:30 and 17:30 or at the central station in front of McDonalds (level U1) between 20:00 and 20:30. The train is expected at 21:03 from platform 11. Attention: To Enter the train your passport with a valid visa for russia and belarus is needed. If you arrive by train on the ScoutingTrain from Berlin / Warsaw / Belarus then you will be in Moscow by midnight on 1st/2nd August. The transfer to the camping site will be organized. Independent Arrival It would be good if you could arrive by August 1 evening. The campground is reserved for us officially from 1st of august midday. If You want to come one / two days earlier, so this is not a problem. If you want to arrive evenmore earlier, so you'd have you arrange Your accomodation yourself. The City Game begins 2.8. in the morning. in Kooperation mit Directions The Sokolniki Camp Site is located in the north of the public park Sokolniki. The nearest subway station is also called Sokolniki Сокольники. From there it is about 30min walk to the north or you take the bus 727m to 5-­‐y Luchevoy Prosek. кемпинг "Сокольники" You can find a subway plan of Moscow here: http://ruskijpartner.de/de/Metro.htm The information how to get to thecampsite from the various airports you can find at the end of this document. Next part of the Journey The Scoutingtrain leaves from Moscow to Irkutsk on 5.8., 14:05 (local time) from train station: Jaroslavskij Voksal. We will have a farewell party before the departure. Journey Back home If you do not continue your trip with the ScoutingTrain to lake Baikal, you have to travel home by yourself and arrange this also by yourself. You can stay until 6.8. as part of Projekt CityGame on the camping site. If you would like to stay there longer, this is very probably possible, but you would have to make a reservation by yourself. Travel cost refund for the journey back home There is only a refund for participants under 27 years. You will have to present according documents. Those who travel on to lake Baikal are not entitled to travel cost refund. Please make a copy ot your documents and bring them to moscow. (People who travel to lake Baikal, have the health insurance included by the scouting Train project.) Things to take with You: Apart from usual equipment please bring a camping mat, as the ground ofthe campsite is extremely hard. Mobile (smart)phones, tablets and other online/multimedia capable equipment is useful for the City game (we will provide you with local SIM-­‐cards). Please make a copy of your passport and the visa entry. At the beginning of the Citygame in Moscow there should be a tent camp. It would be great if each group could bring some tents, if they still fit in Your backpacks or the train cabin. Very helpful would be the black tent tarps, which are so popular with german scouts,and which can be used to build tents of several different designs. Please find out, how much free space you still have, and please notify us,what You can bring ( citygame-­‐
