Such bias must be disclosed at the beginning of the presentation (slideshow or poster). A disclosure form has been sent to all speakers to fill in and sign. In case you have not returned your disclosure form by email prior to the Meeting, please pick up your form upon registration and complete this form to bring this completed with you to the Speakers’ preview room. UEMS Accreditation The “4th Joint Meeting ECHSA & CHSS” is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME credit to AMA credit canbe found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme.
