CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF THE ULTIMATE IN TRUE ROTARY
R
enzetti Inc., is a family owned business that started its operations in Romansville PA in the
early 70's. I started making fly tying hand tools in a one car garage. Frustrated with the fly
tying vises that were available at the time, I started working on the Presentation 3000 with the
input and support of my brother Robin. It was not the first vise designed by Renzetti, however it
was the first True Rotary vise made.
In the early 70's, Renzetti's hand tying tools and fly tying vises were seldom heard of and very
few shops were carrying them. The Orvis Company was my first retailer where I met my long
time friend John Harder. By the late 80's the Traveler and the Presentation Series Vises were
introduced, and I started attending the consumer and manufacturing shows. By attending these shows I was able to be in direct
contact with many tyers from around the world and listen to their feedback and suggestions.
In 1991, I met Bob Popovics at a fly fishing show in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. I had heard of Bob and was so excited and anxious to
meet him. I waited patiently by his booth to introduce myself and when I did he mentioned that his Presentation 3000 needed
some T.L.C. I took his vise to my room that night and brought it back to him the next morning. Our friendship started and so did
the development of the Master Series Vise. In 1992, I made the few proto-pypes of the Master vise and gave one to Bob Popovics,
Lefty Kreh and the late Matty Vincenguerra to tie on it and give me feedback. Then in 1994 The Master Series Vise was introduced.
In 1996, tired of the long cold winters in Pennsylvania I moved with my family and Lois and
Ed, two of our key associates to Titusville, FL, and Renzetti Inc. found a new home at 8800
Grissom Pkwy. Renzetti Inc. currently employees 10 associates, including myself, my wife Lily
and our 18 year old son. We have a well trained, wonderful, caring staff that makes everything
possible. Our primary business is the manufacturing of the finest fly tying and rod building
equipment in the world, but we also provide engineering and manufacturing services to many
other industries around the country. Renzetti, Inc. owns many patents and trademark and was
the first fly tying vise manufacturer to offer a True Rotary Vise.
Fly fishing, my hobby, has given me more that I ever expected. I have met the most wonderful people and cherish the friendship
generated from our association with the sport. I am grateful to the many tyers and rod builders of yesterday and to those that keep
promoting this beautiful art. I believe that one of the reasons for our success is because we listen to tyers and rod builders while
providing you the very best equipment that challenges your creativity. Changes to our product come as a result of our desire to keep
you excited in the sport and always asking for more.
So regardless if you are an old friend of Renzetti or a newcomer to the fly fishing or rod building, we welcome you to the art of

because it does it all.
Featuring a patented jaw mechanism that will
securely hold hooks from a #28 to a 10/0, this is

The Renzetti Presentation 3000 is the first True
Rotary vise designed in the early 70’s by Andy
Renzetti. The Presentation 3000 True Rotary
Vise is the ideal vise for the tier who is primarily
interested in tying small flies and streamers. Crafting
miniature offerings can require considerable hand
and finger manipulation. Maximum finger clearance
behind and around the hook is possible with the
Presentation 3000 because we made the jaw slender
and set it at an angle.
The signature Renzetti True Rotary feature enables
you to wind thread, hackle or other material around

The Renzetti Presentation 2000 Cam Series Vises offers

patented adjustable jaw hinge and anti-corrosion coated

Redesigning the Traveler Series Vises – the best selling product line – was a decision that was a year in the making. After all, why fix it when it is
not broken? But the benefits to the tyer made it worth taking a chance...
The most visual change is the anodizing on all
aluminum parts. This change alone will give a longer
lasting finish to the vise. A 7” stem on the base adds
more comfort to the tyer, a redesigned Renzetti
trademark rotary shaft gives a more stylish look and a
polyurethane o-ring on the jaws adds longer wear to
your tying experience.

Taking all that in consideration, plus being able to
provide the tyer with the versatility to update the
Traveler 2000 Series to the Traveler 2200 series was a
challenge. The result was impressive and well received

TUBE FLY VISE inspired by irwin swope
Tube flies have a long and productive history in the
fly fishing world, and our desire to add a tube fly vise
to our product line lead us to Irwin Swope. His tube
vise was the best designed according to Lefty Kreh.
With that in mind we have improved its versatility
to offer you a tube fly vise that will allow you to tie
any offering.
The tube fly vise set offers 3 mandrel sets, a 1/16”,
1/32” and a 1/8”. Each mandrel comes with a collect
to accommodate tubes up to 4” long. The Tube fly
vise head will fit into any of the Traveler Series vise’s
stems, and by adding a trav. stainless steel stem you
could add this vise head to your Master or Presentation series vises. A longer mandrel is also available.

The jaws are the heart and soul of the fly tying vise. They
perform one vital but very important function. They
must hold the hook and they must do so in a fashion that
doesn't damage the hook in any way. The jaws on Renzetti
vises accomplish this with perfection and are one of the
features that distinguish a Renzetti vise from all others. The
patented jaws are made of steel, are flat on both surfaces,
and are machined at the Renzetti factory in Titusville, FL.
When you secure a hook in the jaws of a Renzetti vise the
result is a rock steady, hook locking immobilization that is
simply unmatched by any fly tying vise on the market. Now

DESIGNED FOR COMFORT AND STABILITY
BASES
Renzetti offers a series of bases that allows the Tyer to choose one
according to their needs. The most noticeable difference is the finish
on the base. The Traveler Base and the Standard base are made out
of cast zinc that is then powder coated black. The Deluxe Saltwater
Base is made out of anodized aluminum, comes with three deep
pockets and has an engraved Renzetti logo. The Standard Base and
the Deluxe Pedestal Base weigh about 4 lbs and measure 6” x 6” x ½
“ thick. All bases comes with a stem and a protective pad to keep your
vise in place as well as to protect your working surface.

The Renzetti Deluxe Saltwater Pedestal Base is by far a very
attractive and functional base. The Renzetti Deluxe Pedestal
Base comes with an anodized saltwater aluminum stem support,

work with the Master Series Vises, The Presentation 3000 Series
Vises and the Presentation 4000 Series Vises. To use with a

Material Clip A material clip is a must to any rotary vise. It allows you to keep the tying
material away from the front of the hook while working on the fly and while

We offer a full line of bobbins to accommodate different tying needs. We feature bobbins
with varying combinations of tube lengths and diameters. The standard length tube is 2
inches and the extended length version is 2 1/2 inches. The small diameter tube is 1/16
inch, and the large diameter tube is 1/8 inch. With the exception of the Lead Wire and
Tinsel Bobbin, we use rubies in our bobbins for ultra smooth thread delivery and excellent

A hair stacker is a tool used to align the tips of hair cut from a hide before attaching it to
the fly. It is as simple as putting the fur to the brass tubing, insert it into the hair stacker,
gently tapping a tabletop with it a few times and all the fur or deer hair tips will be even,
ready for you to attach to the fly. Renzetti manufactures many different sizes of hair stackers to suit your needs. Each hair stacker has an aluminum base and one brass barrel. The

THE ULTIMATE LEADER STRETCHER
The Renzetti Leader Stretcher is unique in design and function. This tubular design
allows the angler to store both the bite and tippet materials.
Adjusting for a different overall length is as simple as moving the leader-head pin to
one of six different positions, (each position allows for as much as 13” of variation in
length among leaders).
The rigid outer shell protects flies regardless of where you store them, and gaskets on
each end of its inner core keep the contents always dry.
The hook tube measures under 30” in length and can readily hold up to 24 rigged
flies, or large billfish style poppers. The Renzetti Leader Stretcher is made in the USA
with high density PVC and Stainless Steel hooks.
