PIAGGIO Ape Parasol
The Piaggio Ape has its origins in Italy, and is particularly suitable for conversion into a
specialized catering vehicle. The PARASOL is constructed using the Ape 50 Pick Up Top as a
basis. This is a single-seater vehicle which can be driven by anybody with a moped or car
licence. Your new Ape PARASOL is specially made to your specifications.
The lightweight aluminium and steel retail unit is equipped with a stainless steel worktop.
The aluminium and steel parts of the Ape PARASOL are finished in a hard powder coating,
available in any RAL colour according to the client´s preference.
This is a vehicle designed to fulfill your every
requirement. The applications are numerous;
Coffee Bar, BBQ wagon, Pizza Stall, Wine Bar,
Hot Dog Stand, Oyster Bar, Ice-cream Van….
almost anything is possible.
Various optional extras are available:
• Waeco cooling tray
• Water supply and accessories
• Electricity supply with fusebox

The dimensions of the stainless steel worktop
are as follows: L 135cm x W 127cm x H 40 or
43 cm. We can make various alterations to
this worktop, everything being executed in
stainless steel.
