Eligibility:
All Competitors: Each competitor must be currently registered with the NABBA USA (National Amateur BodyBuilders Association).
To meet this requirement, he/she must present his/her current membership card or current receipt, or purchase a membership card at the Friday
check in ($75 cash or money order). Each competitor must be in good standing with NABBA USA. Each competitor, including Ms. Bikini, must
submit to drug testing all Master’s and Teen Divisions; Must show proof of age at Friday check in by providing Driver’s License, State I.D., or copy
of Birth Certificate. Age limitations divisions are through the day of competition.

Awards:
Trophies will be awarded 1st-5th and Separate award for Overall. Team Trophy will be awarded to team with highest placing combined score. A
team captain/coaches recognition award will also be awarded. All competitors will receive official contest t-shirt.
Rules:
Light oil permitted. No form of tanning products of any type allowed in the building. (this includes over the counter brands) Please have
your tanning preparation done before you arrive. No hot stuff and no mentholated products.
***Anyone caught with tanning or mentholated products in the building will be automatically disqualified. No Exceptions.***
Any competitor who competes in prejudging must participate in the finals show. No food or drink in the auditorium.
Bodybuilders Only: Solid color posing suits only. No T-back or thong suits allowed. No jewelry will be worn (except wedding ring). Sixty-second
routine is optional for men.
Figure Only: Figure competitors will be judged on two rounds. (No routine for figure.) Figure competitors wear two-piece suits only. (No gstring.) Suit may be of solid color, multi-color, decorated, embroidered, jeweled, sequined, or tasseled. Clear high heel shoes are standard footwear.
Bikini Only: Bikini competitors will be judged on two rounds. Group quarter turns and individual T-walk. Suit must be a bikini (no g-string, or
thong). Suit may be of solid color, embroidered, decorated, jeweled, sequined, or tasseled. Clear high heels are standard footwear.
Music:
Bodybuilders provide music for individual routines in the finals. 60 seconds, pre-recorded on quality CD, queued to start. Please do not ask
that sound person to start at a particular track number. They will not. Music must be at beginning of CD. House music will be provided for
bikini competitors. Please bring two CD’s of your music in case one does not play. All music will be reviewed prior to evening event. However, if
your music still does not play, house music will be selected that bests suits male or female division. The show must continue. Routines for male
bodybuilders is optional.
Fees:
Send $70 check or money order with completed entry form. Crossover entry fee is an additional $70 for a total of $140 for both classes. Separate
$70 check or money order for the urine drug test plus signed disclaimer must accompany your entry form (Including Ms. Bikini). The cost is an
affordable $70. The fee is much cheaper and safer than drugs. One-hundred percent of the fee goes directly to drug-testing facility. All persons
attending the Chitown Showdown, including trainers, friends and family, must purchase a seating ticket to enter the venue.
Entries must be post-marked prior to May 07, 2016 deadline to avoid late fee of $40. All fees are non-refundable.

Tanning: Cosmetic Artistry by Catherine Ann is the official tanning service/hair & make-up professionals used at Chi-Town Showdown. By appointment only. Book early. Contact Catherine Ann for appointment at 815-735-5857. Spray booth will be set up at the host hotel Friday, May 20, 2016.
Vendor spray booth set up at event. No outside tanning products other than Cosmetic Artistry by Catherine Ann allowed in facility.

DRUG TESTING RELEASE FORM
Rules and Policies for Drug Tested NABBA USA Competitions:
Upon signing and submitting the entry form, the athlete agrees to the following:
1. The athlete agrees to abide by all NABBA USA rules and policies.
2. The athlete agrees to give a urine sample.
3. All competitors will be tested via urinalysis.
4. Failure to report for urine testing or give a urine sample will result in immediate disqualification from
the contest.
5. Urine tests will be performed by a certified testing laboratory and results will be mailed to the competitor.
6. Drug testing will follow certified testing laboratory chain of custody.
7. Authorized NABBA USA official and/or RN, Physician, Police Officer or Medical Technician will supervise all testing.
8. All test results are NABBA USA property.
9. If competitors are given awards at the contest, those that fail the urine test must surrender any awards
received and will be disqualified from all NABBA USA competitions for a period of three years.
10. Competitor must be drug-free for minimum of FIVE years to compete in a
NABBA USA Natural Event.
