Philippines
INTRODUCTION
The Philippines has had a short history of producing .22s. They first started after World War II. In a
short time they became one of the major exporters of .22s in the world. A lot or their sales are to the
U.S.A.
ARMS CORPORATIONS OF THE PHILIPPINES. They manufacture .22s at Marikina, Rizai. Prior to
1980 this company was known as the Squires Bingham Manufacturing Co. Inc.
SQUIRES BINGHAM MANUFACTURING CO. INC. This company fir s t star ted pr oducing. .22s
sometime in the 1950s. They have their manufacturing plant at Marikina, Rizal. They were one of the major .22
producers in the world. They changed their name to The Arms Corporation of the Philippines in 1980.
