• Tickets must be purchased before midnight on the Sunday prior to
each respective early bird draw date, to be eligible.
With 9’ ceilings on the main floor the lighting details feature
aged oak, iron and old style Edison bulbs, this modern take on
a traditional materials and silhouette makes an elegantly rustic
statement. When combined with the furnishings and fabric
textures used throughout the home, we see a new spin on an
urban retreat feel. Informal style yet clean lines combined in
• Early bird prize winning tickets go back into the drum after each
draw and are eligible for each successive draw as well as the grand
prize draw for the Dream Home. As our standard practice, the drum
shall be rotated a minimum of five times prior to the drawing of a
ticket for any prize.
LOTTERY RULES
• Purchasers must be residents of Ontario and at least 18 years of
age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.

Proceeds from the 2014 Rotary
Dream Home Lottery will be directed
to the development of our new
cardiac arrhythmia unit at the St.
Mary’s Regional Cardiac Care
Centre. This new unit will allow our
team of heart specialists to
diagnose and treat deadly irregular
heart rhythm conditions through the
use of advanced diagnostic and
surgical procedures including
internal defibrillators and ablation
surgery. In continuing our local
health system’s goal of building
world-class healthcare facilities in
our community, the completion of
an arrhythmia unit at St. Mary’s will
eliminate the need to travel to
receive this life-saving treatment.
St. Mary’s is proud to partner with
the Rotary Club of KitchenerConestoga and the Grand River
Hospital Foundation for this year’s
Rotary Dream Home Lottery. Thank

• Only 20,000 tickets will be sold at $100 each, or 2 for $175 or
4 for $250. When purchasing 2 tickets for $175 or 4 tickets for
$250, all tickets must be purchased with the same name and
address information. Credit card purchases may be subject to an
administration fee levied by the purchasers financial institution.
Members of the Kitchener-Conestoga Rotary Club are not eligible
to purchase tickets.

Steeles Ave. West, North York, at 12:00 noon Monday, December 1,
2014. Final ticket purchase deadline is midnight on Sunday,
November 23, 2014. Draw will be monitored and audited by MNP
LLP. Winner does not need to be in attendance. Results will be
published online and in The Record one week after the final draw.

named on the winning ticket and the only obligation of the
Kitchener-Conestoga Rotary Club is to deliver a transfer/Deed of
Land of the Dream Home to the winner(s) in registrable form. Title
to the Dream Home will be free of all liens and encumbrances.

The 2014 Rotary Dream Home
Lottery will fund patient care
equipment for Grand River
Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care
Unit. Specifically, it will fund
isolettes (sometimes called
incubators) which provides a warm
environment for medically unstable
or premature infants. As well, the
Dream Home Lottery will fund noninvasive ventilators which are used
for breathing support for newborns.
Grand River Hospital’s Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU) cares for
vulnerable infants born at 32 weeks
gestation or older, including those
who may require ventilation for a
short period of time.
