St. Petersburg is in the north-western part of Russia on the bank

Tallinn
Tallinn, the capital of Estonia is located in the Baltic Sea region, a

Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel, Resort & Spa is located at the heart
of Sanur. The international airport is 20 minutes away. The hotel was
opened in 1966 and since its opening until today has welcomed many
eminent guests. It was fully reconstructed in 1993. This is the first fivestar and the only multistoried hotel in Bali. It stretches along the white

Terms and Conditions
Terminology
The Buyer: the purchasing company of «Formula Domina» coupons
The Seller: Distributor of «Formula Domina»
The Client: The Coupon holder using the coupon hereinafter referred as
Tourist.
The Coupon: «Formula Domina» voucher, offering a loyalty based
complimentary or discounted vacation in one of the destinations published
in the Catalogue of the Seller.
The Concierge: your personal assistant in booking, confirming and
answering all your questions concerning your vacation.

Rules of use
In case of overbooking and non-availability of rooms, the room in the
nearest hotel of the same category will be offered to the Client.
1. The Buyer is required to activate the Coupon within 48 hours after delivery
of the Coupon to the Client. For this purpose, it is necessary to send a duly
filled Coupon by the Client to Concierge.
2. The validity of Coupon expires 12 months after the date of activation.
3. For Coupon usage and bookings, the Client has to call Concierge to confirm
the Coupon registration number and send the request for booking no later
than 30 days (45 day for “0” Formula Domina rate) prior to the intended
date of travel filling in the appropriate form provided by Concierge. After
verification by Concierge that the Coupon has been activated, he/she will
inform the Client about the reservation procedure and give all relevant
information.
4. After receipt of a formal reservation request by Client, and confirmation
of rooms/seats availability, Concierge will send to the Client a written
confirmation and an Invoice by fax or e-mail.
5. Within 5 days after the Confirmation and Invoice receipt, Client should
effect the full payment of the Invoice of Formula Domina by bank transfer,
cash or credit card (a surcharge of 3% will be applied). The Invoice includes
the «Reservation fee» (the amount is specified in «Formula Domina»
catalogue at the moment of request).
6. Reservation for children up to 12 years is free of charge. Client will receive
the voucher and other documents necessary for the trip at least one day
prior to the departure date.
Prices
Offers on the given prices are limited and depend on room allotment.
Therefore, we ask you to take into consideration, that after the allotments
are used, the reservation can be made in a specific property with the special
price given by Concierge. If it is not specified otherwise, prices are given
for two persons for accommodation in a standard double room for the
number of nights specified in the catalogue. All services, not specified in the
catalogue, are considered to be paid additionally.
Payment for additional services not specified in catalogue is unquestionably
quoted by Formula Domina upon request. All services additionally
requested and confirmed should be paid to Concierge prior to departure.
Rights and Obligations of Client
The hotel description published in the catalogue is received directly from
the hotel or the official partners. The official hotel price specified in the
Catalogue is the «Rack Rate» price and can vary according to the marketing
strategy of the hotel.
1. The client should contact Formula Domina Concierge to confirm the
Coupon activation.
2. Coupon gives to the Client the right to spend a vacation either
complementary or at a special price and according to the conditions
published in the catalogue for each destination.
3. All additional services requested that has not been specified in the
contract should be paid additionally by the Client.
4. Coupon gives the Client the right to spend a maximum of 7 nights in a hotel
featured in Formula Domina catalogue for two persons. Possible variants
are specified separately. Surcharge for a single room or accommodation for
children are to be paid according to the official price. In case of reservation
cancellation Coupon cannot be used again.
5. In case of cancellation of the tour, Coupon cannot be used again.
6. Client has the right to give the Coupon to a third party, after having filled
and signed a special transfer form.
7. Client has the right to request Concierge new prices and the latest valid
catalogue.
Reservation fee
1. Reservation fee is 37$ per person - and is obligatory.
2. Reservation for children up to 12 years is free of charge.
3. In case of cancellation of the tour the reservation fee is not refundable.
Reservation
1. «Formula Domina » has a definite room allotment in hotels specified in
the catalogue. Reservation should be made not less than 30 days prior to
the beginning of the travel. In case of non-availability of rooms in required
hotel, Concierge will offer an alternative variant.
2. Reservation is considered confirmed and valid after receipt by Concierge

of the payment as per the Invoice sent to the client together with the
reservation confirmation.
3. In case of change in the confirmed reservation, each change will cost 32$.
4. Hotel reservation according to “Formula Domina” Coupon is made at
the prices specified in the catalogue for one period only. Reservation of an
additional period (week) can be made at the prices given by Concierge.
5. In case Client possesses 2 or more coupons, reservation of only one free
or paid period from catalogue is possible. Reservation of two and more,
periods following one after another is not possible.
Overbooking
Beginning and End of the travel period
Dates of travel are stated in the table specifically for each destination.
Pets
Possibility of accommodating pets is defined specifically by each hotel.
Tourists should inform Concierge in advance should they travel with a pet.
Occupancy
Number of persons accommodated in the room, cannot exceed the number
of persons specified in the reservation request.
Hotel description
Claims
Should the Client cut short his/her vacation by less than the confirmed
period of stay in any of the hotels for reasons of his/her own, Concierge
does not affect any return payments to the client.
Insurance
Travel insurance may vary from destination to destination as required
under each country's jurisdiction. Concierge can upon request arrange any
required travel insurance at a preferred rate or the Client is free to choose
his/her own insurance policy acceptable to the Embassy/Consulate of each
destination should a visa be required to travel.
Travel Documentation
It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain and carry a valid passport and
any other documents including visas required to travel to, from and in the
holiday destination. The Company shall not be liable for any inconvenience,
expense, loss or damage of any kind incurred by the Client by reason of
failure to obtain or produce, or by the loss of, such documents.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy is according the hotels' rules.
Should the Client be forced to cancel a booking he/she must give the
company a written notice.
Cancellations will take effect on the date of receipt by the Company of
such written notice. To cover the estimated loss caused by cancellation, the
Company reserves the right to make a charge which is to be paid by the Client.
This charge is determined in accordance with actual incurred expenses.
