Sample book - AllYearbooks

Sample book - AllYearbooks
I started making yearbooks in 2004 when I realised that making them on the web would
be so much quicker, easier and more fun than the old fashioned way. Since then, my
fantastic team at AllYearbooks has lovingly forged an amazing creation system which is
trusted by over 600 schools, colleges, universities and other groups each year.
In 2016, we produced around 45,000 copies for students across the UK and overseas.
That's more than 3.5 million pages, which is a pretty epic number! Our online system
plays a huge part in making all of this possible and every page in the book you're
holding now has been made using our page designer. Limited templates just aren't our
thing - we stand for design freedom and unique books that really make a statement :)
If you're not a designer, don't panic! During your project, you'll work closely with the
AYB team to bring your ideas to life, and if you can't find what you need, just ask.
We take great care in listening to our customers' requirements and finding solutions.
This year we added stock png images to transform your designs, multi-select
copy/paste to quickly move content from page to page, and member previews to keep
everyone happy! Our biggest change has been introducing an option to allow individuals
to pay for their books directly with us, online. We hope these changes help!
Thanks for reading and best wishes making your yearbooks something to truly cherish.

Head Girl
Ahhh, how has this happened! It
doesn't seem 5 minutes since we
were all newbies looking up at the
towering sixth form girls with such
admiration. Now we too are
leaving behind this life we had
come to love for more great
adventures :) It has been a
privilege to lead such an amazing
team of girls and we've all
achieved so much! Thank you for
helping out with the numerous
boarding, open evenings, group
UCAS counselling and sports
events that have made our gang
so epic. I will miss each and every
one of you and wish you all the
best for whatever the future holds.
Loads of love A xxxxx

Hey everyone, thank you so much
for being such fun these past few
years! We've had our ups and
downs but I can honestly say I love
you all sooooooo much. I will never
forget the times we have shared
together and would like to thank
the amazing teachers who have
helped us grow and learn as
individuals and as a team. We
hope this books serves as a
reminder of all the banter we had,
the sometimes misguided fashion
choices we will cringe at later and
most of all the friends we made
along the way. Love you forever
girlies, Viv xoxoxo
It doesn't seem possible that it's
been 5 years since you all joined
YHS!
Those fresh faced, eager to learn year 7's who blossomed over the years into
commendable young adults. This 2012 cohort has achieved many great things over
the years- from sporting success to art school scholarships, I know I speak on
behalf of all the staff here when I say we couldn't be prouder of you!
During your time here, you will have had many ups and downs I'm sure. We all
experience this at some point or another but watching you band together to support
one another has been a real joy. The friendships you made here at YHS will
hopefully go on to become life-long support networks for you in the years to
come.Whilst it may be hard to stay in touch with one another; always do your best
to bridge the gap where you can to ensure you don't drift apart.
Well, thank you all for being a delightful group of characters and we'll see you all
on Results Day!
Mr Jackson

I have to say I'm so proud of everything 11SM
has achieved this year! We smashed the league
tables in terms of house points and excelled at
inter-house sports day- well done guys!!! When
we first met, I was told what a lovely group of
young people you were and I feel very fortunate
to have each and every one of you in the group.
Whatever you choose to do moving forwards, I
feel confident you will continue to progress

5. Mr Peterson is widely recognised as the least funny teacher in the

The A-Level art group put on an incredible art exhibition this year and we
couldn't have been prouder of our amazing creative minds! From textiles to
paintings, scupltures to prints, the show was packed with talented students
and paying guests. In total, £400 was raised from the exhibition and
everybody left feeling like they'd shown the world just what they could do!
A big thanks has to go to Mrs Adams who helped to organise the show in order
to help raise funds for the prom committee.
Thanks also to Rachel crosby, sasha kennedy and elliott jones for helping to
sell tickets before the show and to Michelle howe for tirelessly promoting the
event to pta and the local community!
Here's a selection of the highlights and the beautiful works of art on show....

Setting off for Africa , we had no idea what to expect. The
journey was long and tiring but we made it after 14 hours
travelling! On our first day, we got to see lots of the main
sights in Cape Town and we went up Table Mountain! Sadly
we couldn't stop for long as we headed off to our partner
school to start work. During our time there, we helped
paint and restore the school buildings, played sports and
got to meet the friends and families of the students. We ate
meals around the camp fire and Jason attempted to play
'Wonderwall' on his guitar most evenings despite not
knowing the words!
I will never forget the people we met and the kindness we
saw in the community. Coming to Africa for the first time
was scary but I think if more people went and experienced
the culture, they would love it too.
I hope the Grace School can continue to grow and help
provide education to the kids there - Maybe one day I will
go back to see it again!
