ORDERS & PRICING
All orders must be a minimum total of $200 (excl. GST) for new & existing customers.
Items must be ordered in minimum order quantities in ( ), as detailed in all Chilli Temptations catalogues & order forms.
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST & freight costs.
Chilli Temptations reserves the right to alter product prices without prior notice.
ACCOUNTS & CONDITIONS
All new accounts will be on Proforma terms.
After the initial proforma order, a credit account may be established by completing the Chilli Temptations Credit Application Form
(subject to a satisfactory credit check).
Credit terms for accounts are strictly 30 days net from the date of invoice.
Any account which breaches the credit terms may be placed on hold until payment is received, or, placed back on a proforma account
basis.
Chilli Temptations reserves the right to charge a 3% monthly administration fee on all accounts that breach our agreed trading terms.
Failure to make payment will result in the account being sent to a debt collector.
All goods remain the property of Chilli Temptations until full payment has been received.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made by cheque, direct deposit (EFT), or credit card Visa / Mastercard; AMEX is accepted but will incur a 2% surcharge).
All payment details are stated on the bottom on the invoice.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
All claims must be received within 14 days of the invoice date & must quote the invoice number. All goods must retain their original
packaging and be returned by our nominated freight company.
For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction the colour shown may not be an exact representation of the actual product.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of any order to be supplied by Chilli Temptations will be considered as acceptance of these terms.

All Chilli Temptations candles are handmade using the finest quality paraffin wax with cotton wicks. They are all smokeless & dripless, and are
embedded throughout the candle with the finest scented fragrance oils.
All candles have a rustic finish, pillar candles have 2% fragrance oil, while jar & tin candles have 4%. Candles are measured in INCHES,
dimensions are as follows: diameter x height. Please note when burning candles, the wick must be no more than 0.5cm at all times.
