The 10" Powerline features a leather/Cordura upper for lighter weight and breathability. The water-resistant insert helps keep you dry no matter what the weather
is doing. A full cushion insole and padded leather collar add all-day comfort. We also added Hoffman’s unique dual steel shank system that provides more climbing
support than any boot on the market. For those needing a safety toe boot, the Powerline is available in both safety toe and plain toe. A Vibram sole provides long

If you’re looking for our Powerline boot with all-leather uppers, then look no further. Our All-Leather Powerline features an all-leather upper for more leg and ankle support than our standard Powerline offers. Built
with the same terrific features that all of our Powerlines have, this boot features a water-resistant bootie,
dual steel shanks and a Vibram lug sole for great performance. This terrific functioning boot performs as
well as it looks. Our All-Leather Powerline is available in plain or safety toe, and is available in both D and
EE widths. Lace up a pair of these boots and you’ll enjoy the comfort and durability that this will provide.

Our powerline boot has become so popular that we have decided to to add an insulated version for those of
you working in cooler climates. This boot features all that you enjoy about our regular Powerline boot: dual
steel shanks, water-resistant bootie and an easy break-in period. We’ve added 400 grams of Thinsulate
to add warmth on those cooler days. The insulated Powerline is offered in both plain toe and safety toe
that meet ASTM standards for added safety. Although waterproof failure is rare in the construction of this boot, Hoffman’s will not warranty the waterproofness of this boot.

For those looking for a solid work boot without the added climbing support of our dual steel shanks, this
boot is for you. Built with a single shank and midsole, our Ground Force boot is a lighter weight version
of the All Leather Powerline. A water proof Gore-tex bootie will keep you dry in all weather conditions
and a cushioned foot bed adds comfort to every step. The boot is available in a plain toe or our new

The Hoffman Powerline series has quickly become our most popular style of lineman boot that we make.
Following the success of the 10" All Leather Powerline, our new 16" version is now available. The new 16"
All Leather Powerline features many of the same qualities as the rest of our Powerlines; dual steel shanks,
water-resistant bootie, rugged Vibram sole and a full cushion insole. With the addition of the 16" all leather
top, support and comfort are now even greater. The 16" All Leather Powerline is also available in a plain or a
composite toe for those needing the additional safety. If you are accustomed to wearing a taller boot, give

Many of our customers have requested a waterproof climbing boot to wear in wet conditions. Our
Dri-Line boots feature a Sympatec membrane that keeps water out and your feet dry. For climbing
comfort, our dual steel shanks provide your arches with plenty of support while a leather side patch
helps protect the boot. The Dri-Line comes in non-insulated or with 400 grams of Thinsulate®
insulation. It is available in a plain toe or an EH approved ASTM steel toe version. Try a pair that

We at Hoffman’s do our best to give you an idea of the amount of warmth you can expect with our pac boots. The temperature ratings shown are based on estimates
of the insulating properties of the liners in the boots. There are a variety of factors that may influence this. Wind chill, time of exposure to cold, type of socks and
personal body circulation can all influence the liner ratings. Also, the amount of perspiration from a person’s foot and the condition of the liner can significantly
influence the ratings. We strongly recommend an extra pair of liners to rotate with the existing ones.

BOOT BREAK-IN: Break-in can take roughly 80 to 100 hours of wear. It can take
even longer for your feet to adjust to the transition. A spray bottle with a 50/50
mixture of rubbing alcohol and water can be used to help soften the leather by
spraying the boots and rubbing the moisture in with your hands. After your initial
break-in, we suggest using Hoffman’s Premium Boot Dressing to keep your leather
soft and supple, while resisting water and chemicals. Hoffman’s Premium Dressing
should be added approximately every 6 weeks to help extend the life of your boots.

Hoffman’s warrants that boots are merchantable and free of
defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment
from the company’s factory.
Hoffman’s will repair or, at its option, replace any boot
which, under normal use, fails to conform to this warranty.
Hoffman’s will repair or replace boot or boots without charge
for materials or services, provided that the defective boot or
boots are returned with dated proof of purchase to the
company’s factory, postage paid, within 90 days from the date
of delivery of the boots to the original purchaser. If there is no
dated proof of purchase, the cost of repair or replacement will
be prorated based on sole wear.
Hoffman’s shall not be liable for any damage or loss beyond

LEAD TIMES: Lead times can vary throughout the year. After your order is
placed, it is completed in the order in which it was received unless a
“RUSH” is put on it (see above). Approximate lead times are posted on the
home page of our website at www.hoffmanboots.com.
BOOT MAINTENANCE
Proper care of your Hoffman’s will extend the life of the boots and protect
your investment.
First, your boots should be cleaned regularly. Mud, if left to dry on your
boots, will rob leather of its natural oils. This results in stiff, dry leather
that may weaken the stitching on your boot. Second, we recommend
working Hoffman’s Premium Boot Dressing (Pg 38) into the leather and
stitching to keep uppers soft and to prevent stitching from rotting. Third,
wet leather and/or soles can be cooked at a surprisingly low heat. Do not
set your boots near sources of intense heat such as a campfire or car
heater. Damage to your boots caused by heat will not be replaced or
repaired at manufacturer’s expense. Pull liners out and allow boots to dry
at room temperature or we suggest using a Peet shoe dryer.

The 8" Hoffman Smoke Chaser has many features that set it apart from other 8" style wildland
boots. A heavy 7½ oz. leather upper is used to give you extra support and durability while on
the fire line. This boot also features a padded cushion insert around the ankle and heel area
to provide a more comfortable fit and easier break-in. A full durable Vibram lug sole with a
