It is aimed at simplifying citizens’ daily life and offers the opportunity to use several different services on the same visit.

At the Iso Omena Service Centre,
KELA Social Insurance Institution
service advisers provide personal
counselling and guidance in KELA
matters. You can also submit applications or use services on the client
terminals. There are also scanners
available for clients.
An identification document is
needed to use the services. If you
are using the services on behalf of
someone else, you need a power of
attorney from that person as well
as your identification document.
There are no KELA telephone
services at the service centre. The
help lines for specific life situations
provide services by telephone.

Citizen’s Services
The Citizen’s Services is a customer
service point where all citizens can
use services in person, by telephone
or electronically.
Citizen’s Services can provide travel
cards, admission tickets and many
kinds of advice and guidance regarding the city’s services.
The selection also includes gym
cards, +68 sports cards, fishing
permits, tourist information, meal
vouchers and literature about Espoo.
Citizen’s Services can also function
as auxiliary KELA customer service
locations.

The modern Maternity and Child Health Clinic is a family
meeting place with 20 treatment rooms, self-care stations,
nappy-changing tables, meeting and conference rooms as
well as a waiting room that shares the facilities with the
Library’s children’s section.

Health Centre
You can borrow books, magazines,
music, films, audiobooks and games
in conventional or electronic format.
The Health Centre is a municipal
service and the responsibility of
the City of Espoo. The services are
provided by Mehiläinen. The client
fees are the same as at other health
centres of the city and services are
offered under the same principles.
Makerspace: a space for creating,
experimenting, researching and,
above all else, learning. The various
equipment (including 3D printers,
vinyl cutters and tools) enables many
types of activities.
There is a recording studio and music
room for practising and recording
music.
The Stage is a space for many kinds
of performances!

We perform basic X-ray imaging
without appointment: bone and lung
imaging, dental imaging.
